DO NOT order from this company. It took well over 2 months to receive my tracking number. And then the shipment ontop of it. They would not cancel my order and refund the card. You send an email and they do not answer you. They send me the complete wrong product that I ordered. Refused to send me the correct product. Refused to refund. And refused to return the incorrect product. Only 200 dollars out . Poor company

Would leave negative stars!! I waited over 6 weeks for my order. They did not send me what I ordered (cost of $50). They told me to give them as a present to someone. Then offered me a $3 credit to use on their website.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Extremely fraudulent company - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Placed an order and was told it would take 5 business days to process and an additional 5 business days to ship. After 3 weeks I inquired as to the status of the order and was told that they needed a little more time. I waited 2 more weeks and sent another email inquiring about status. Again was told they needed more time. I waited another week then sent an email requesting to cancel the order as it was too late and I didn't want it any longer. They then replied saying it was shipped. I waited over a week and still no order. I sent another email to cancel and this time they replied that they would ship soon. This was after they said they already shipped?? I have sent several more emails all requested cancellation and refund. I have received responses ranging from asking me to keep the order to promising to ship soon. It has been a few more weeks and still no order and they are still playing games and not cancelling. I disputed the charge with my credit card company due to the fraudulent actions of this company.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Product not what is advertised customer service terrible. Font let this company scam you!!!!

Really bad, you won't receive what you order so avoid the headache now! How they're still in business baffles me

Never received my items. Waited two months. They kept telling me they were having locgistics problem with shipping...

NEVER, NEVER again will I even think about purchasing any merchandise from them. The pants I ordered do not fit and do not match what I ordered. They will not accept a return and will not give me a refund. All they want to do is give a a $5 gift card towards my next order! Wow, that is really good customer service especially when they post that they have a 100% guarantee return policy. False advertising and fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely the worst quality I've ever seen in clothing. None of the articles I purchased look even remotely close to what was advertised, and is of extremely poor quality. Never ever again will I purchase from Fannyu. Horrible company. Oh.. and although they advertised these articles were coming from Vancouver (I checked) they came from China, what a shock.

After waiting 2 months to get their so-called cargo pants and then only after I sent a complaint through PayPal. When I got them the side "pockets" were fake. The flaps with buttons are strictly sewn on for show, their were no pockets under the flaps. PayPal closed my claim because I recieved the pants, with no ability to return them.

These are the worst jeans ever. Supposed to say cowgirl tuff and the "w" is upside down. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!! The jeans don't come from Canada they come from china. Too small and this AF!!! Save your money.

I’d like to give a 0 rating but not available. Most awful pair of jeans I have ever seen! So thin you can literally see thru the rear end of them! Of course when you get them you are stuck with them! Mine went in the trash!!! Just say NO!

If i could give them a 0 rate, i would. They are a scam. I ordered jan. 17 and still not product. This is there first resonse to me asking where my order is "Thanks for contacting us.Our warehouse has recently stepped up the stocking, and the stock will resume soon. Can you wait another week or so? During this period, we will speed up the delivery and the transportation speed will be faster." There second one after emailing them twice "Hi there,This item is really good, we have received a lot positive feedback from customers.Would you like consider again to keep order?We will ship order soon and tracking number will be sent to you when we ship it." The next response "Hi there,
If you don't want to buy this item. Could we change it with other item for you?
We also sell many nice items. There are many hot sale products on our website. Hope you will enjoy it.Much appreciated for your support and understanding." Ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Products are nothing like the pictures, the jeans look like that be from the name brands here in the US, THEY ARE NOT! I ordered rhinestone pocket jeans, I received a blank pair, nothing on them, not boot cut either. They wanted me to pay shipping to send them back to CHINA ($30 not happening) and after 7 days of emails (1 per night) they offered me $4 off my next order!?!? Haha. They don't speak English obviously, the emails were extremely frustrating and repetitive. After turning down their insulting offer and being told THEY WERE TAKING A LOSS, (I just lost $50) I decided to send an email to the BBB. Do not order from this company the waste of money and time if you get the wrong order. They're trying to copycat and doing a horrible job at it!

I ordered the So called Tactical Pants that looked nice. After a month+ of waiting I finally got them in. They are not tactical pants, they have fake pockets and are more like glorified slacks with extra stitching. Now I am getting the run around about returning the pants. The pants are also like 2 sizes 2 small.... This is B.S.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT TAKES MONTHS TO GET YOUR ORDER AND THEY ARE TO SMALL SIZES. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO ANYBODY, MUST BE CUZ THEY KNOW THERE PRODUCTS SUCKS.

Never got my order. After 17 days they still have not shipped it. Thank you Paypal for getting my money back for me. This company sucks. I think they are just taking peoples money. Most reputable companies will not take the money until your order ships. Not this one. Took it instantly. Paypal got it back for me. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

If I could give Fannyu NO STARS I would. They are not the company they would like you to think they are. They are not based in Vancouver, and they do not make their clothing there either. If they are based in Vancouver, and make their clothing there, you might expect to receive your order in good time and not from China. Nor do you get what you think you ordered, or when you expect to get it. I placed an order on Jan 2nd. I have only now received it. No response to any of my messages other than an automated "we are on holiday" message. I will NEVER order from this bunch of clowns ever again.

Shipping took forever, 2 1/2 months, but they took the money out of my account right away. I opened a complaint with PayPal before the package came in. It said the jeans were made in North America, but came from China. Also, nothing at all like the pictures, and too small.

1 star is too much for this fake company!
