I orderd 3 pictures on @-1-2026 Order #DDP17178482-K Still have nore received them. When can I expect them? Or I want my money back.
Pictures were Flag & Eagle 40 x50 Indian,Tiger,Wolf 40x50 and Violet Kitty 50x60.

I love this company

I love this company. Every time I have bought from them. The canvases are in great condition. The stick is good and if there’s ever a problem whatsoever, they’re very quick to get back with you. They are very kind people and I look forward to doing more business with them they’re my favorite place. Come and check them out!

Always 100%

Always 100%! I ordered diamond paintings a few times and the experience is always great.
Amy is always friendly and helpful!
Also, the surprise gifts were excellent choice.
I can recommend this shop to buy from!

The staff take their time to explain things differently so you can understand them & they reply to you the next day & they correct their mistake straight away & they notified you straight away with the email

4Years and counting

I’ve been ordering from Fancells for 4 years
I have never had any problems with them, in fact the absolute opposite. In fact, one time I was missing the drills from a Diamond Painting I contacted them and they simply replaced them. Since then I only order from Fancells, you can’t compare the price, fast shipping and great customer service

Amy was really helpful

Amy was really helpful. I was trying to order and it couldn't get it right and I had to keep canceling my orders. Amy had alot of patience with me and answered my questions. I finally got my order placed.This was the first time I ordered from fansells and customer service was wonderful.

Not enough diamonds to complete kit.

I bought a kit from Fansells and it didn't have enough diamonds. I contacted them but they seem to be unable to provide me with these diamonds. They will probably ask me to contact them again following this review but I have sent eight emails so far and they haven't sent a replacement. I cannot source local diamonds for this as these are special shaped. I have already wasted a lot of money and time. I just want the product I paid for.

-- I am now updating my review to three stars. After a couple of months they sent me a different kit and I managed to replace some of the diamonds, but they were of a different colour.
