Not landlords for landlords as they quote.
Not really on the side of the home owner. Massively overpriced when quoting maintenance work that was raised by the tenants. Got all work done for less than half the quote. Always ringing us for minor issues the (lazy) tenants kept bringing up. Don’t think they vet the tenants very well. Glad to have our property back. Put me off ever using a letting agent again.
Professional and Friendly
I have received amazing level of support from the frontline staff and the admin team to secure a property which I needed urgently to relocate Worcester area due to my job change. The support they have provided for viewing the property virtually and complete all the relevant process is outstanding. Well done team!

Not worth your money! Based on 2 years of experience
Avoid at all costs! Absolute shambles and a waste of money! We emailed them multiple times with issues that needed to be dealt with, especially when the property was damaged after a violent storm, only to be avoided for over a month (issue was raised 4 months before covid pandemic affect the country), until we get a generic email, at the start of the first lockdown stating they are "only dealing with non emergency issues due to covid". Any response from them took months unless it was to do with payments.
There was no co-operation or assistance with concerns or questions asked.
Furthermore, when we moved all our property out, we cleaned the property thoroughly before we went on holiday for 2 weeks, to come back to find the house to have dirt rubbed into the carpet, stones in the hallway and the toilet dirted, all from them showing people around the property with no considerstion whilst we were away! This cost us £100 of our deposit! They said they would take into consideration that we weren't in the property and had to come back in time for the final inspection! We had no opportunity to clean the house again! But they decided to take £100 of our money anyway!!
An absolute joke and money greedy company!! And don't think that the landlords are any better for choosing such a cheap rate estate agents! (Quanity over quality!)

The people we have had contact with have been great …. Easy to talk to , always got back to us quickly , the process steps of the rental were clear , kept us up to date on the stages of securing the rental …. Thoroughly decent ‘humans’ that brought some calm to a stressful situation which is very much appreciated !
Overall we felt they cared about our situation .. as opposed to being just another customer in a sequence of events.

Straightforward and great service. The property I originally enquired about was taken, but I was then given the option to view an alternative property. This ended up being much better and really ideal. Could not have asked for better service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Make sure you challenge deposit disputes
After moving out of a Farefield Estates property three months ago I have final received 60% of my deposit back. I have had to fight for this through the tenancy deposit dispute service after Farefield tried to claim 90% of my deposit. Thankfully I had kept two and half years worth of email evidence back and forth with Farefield reporting broken appliances and issues with the property most of which were never resolved. For them to then try and claim money for these issues is disgraceful. For all tenants who have tenancies with this company please make sure you log everything including photos and challenge with the tenancy dispute service if you believe that they are claiming unnecessarily.

Tried bullying me out of my property…
Tried bullying me out of my property before 10:00am on the day I was leaving. They had booked viewings in on my leaving day and asked me what they're supposed to do with those, threatened to keep my deposit money due to not allowing viewings to take place whilst I am moving yet didn't want me dropping off keys due to COVID. I was told that I was a pain of a tenant for exercising my right to refuse access to the property as per the contract yet they breached the contract months ago when I remained without a working dishwasher for 4 months in a 6 month agreement.
I was told the date but not given a time so that’s a lie. I didn’t agree to a time, again a lie, tenancys finish at midnight legally as my rent was paid for the day. You booked viewings on the day I was moving out... who does that? That’s sheer madness on your part!

Worst agency ever
Worst agency ever, they've made me pay for the month I didn't live in their house. Even after repeated notification that I'll not be living there.
When I've asked if I can buy my own bed they've said that I can't.
Then I've asked for replacing the bed base it took them one month, literally 30 days until they've replaced the bed base. Meanwhile I've had to sleep on the floor.
