A must for my business

Working with FareHarbor for my business is always a joy. So easy to deal with, professional and always a quick response.
As a small business I need things done fast and the support, advice and direction from the team allows me move through things fast and stay focused on the important things. I have recommended FareHarbor to many other businesses and I know that they have had similar experience. Hi can highly recommend FareHarbor for there systems, reports, all backed up with their team support, video training etc. I am sure there have been days my requests for support have been plentiful and taking up much of their time to help me with changes or learning how to do something new. FareHarbor Technical Support

FareHarbor has been amazing to work with. Their technical support team is wonderful. They are all knowledgeable with every aspect of FH and are very quick to answer the bell when called upon. Issues are always resolved in a very timely manner, better than any every other support line I've reached out to through the years.

Fareharbor deliver!
The customer service is phenomenal, the booking system itself just works (and I imagine would work for the vast majority of leisure/entertainment businesses) with reporting that is customisable and informative.
All that and extremely good value for money.
We have been working with Fareharbor for over 3 years.

Be our Booking agent because the internet in our area is intermittent.

Our business went with Fareharbor to help us with bookings because the internet in our area is intermittent. We could not be happier that we did. I am not electronically proficient. Fareharbor is easy to use. However, if I can't figure something out I can call them and one of their service people will walk me through whatever I need. I have never had a bad experience with anytime that I have called for help. I cannot say enough good things about their service staff. I have never had a problem if it was necessary to refund a customers money or in Fareharbor paying me for services we have provided. I just can't say enough good things about the experience with Fareharbor. We have been with them now for 3 years and many more to come. I would recommend them to anybody.
