Friendly kind staff. Took great care of the items that moved from one property to another, nothing was broken or damaged. Cannot say anything negative just that assembling of larger items was tricky and not fully satisfactory. Still would use them again.

From the beginning FA Removals were absolutely outstanding.The gentleman who came to give us a quote was very polite and helpful , the quote reasonable and within our budget. We had a lot of changes of exchange and completion dates but Brie in the office was so supportive and went out of her way to help us .The removal crew JJ and Jacob were polite and very efficient . We would absolutely recommend FA Removals to anyone.

I'm very satisfied with the service from FA Removals. They arrived within the target window, were very polite and professional, and didn't stop until the job was done. They managed to fit everything into their van with impressive Tetris skills, and had moved all my furniture, including disassembly and re-assembly of key furniture, within 4 hours. They were careful with items, entirely capable, and friendly. Huge thanks to Danny and Sam who pulled off this very smooth move to my new place!

Can't praise FA Removals enough, they made the whole experience so easy. Brie was a pleasure to deal with and made the admin side of things so easy, Fred came round and did a survey which meant the removal chaps knew what was happening.
The actual day, JJ and Ade were absolutely diamond. They were careful with all the things we had, they managed to move everything from the 3rd floor of one flat to the 1st floor of the other with ease. They had everything done in such a quick time and meant that we could get the whole move over in less than half a day. Absolute credit to the company!
All in all it was such an easy process and can't recommend them enough, they made what is usually a stressful experience, so easy.
