online communication!

sadly it took me nearly 2 hours to place an order on line and trying to contact Farmaline by phone today!!
After 2 hours my final effort paid off and I was lucky to have a nice conversation with a gentleman at Farmaline!
They need to improve the online system and hopefully that will make great difference to customers!!!
