Farmaline seemed to be the only place…

Farmaline seemed to be the only place selling spares for my Emmi Dent Ultrasound toothbrush so placed the order. I was impressed at the speed of delivery considering it was being sent from the Netherlands. I was kept up to date on status via regular emails/texts from the company and the carrier. The product was delivered on the specified date and within the specified hour. The postage was free the weekend I ordered so did not expect such Rolls Royce Service. Would certainly recommend this supplier.

Rubbish Service!

Apparently, I have just come to know that medicines have been delivered to a wrong address. To a wrong Postcode, wrong name. I checked with the person who received it and she has tampered the package....One medicine bottle was open....How can you trust this Farmaline company which cannot even get important medicines delivered to the right address!!
These are absolutely stupid people and a con company!
Customer service is appalling on top! Apparently, I am not the only one who has had this experience with these guys. I would stick with Pharmasana.de from now on.

Delayed order, wrong address, refuse refund

I placed an order on 27th January, to be delivered within 2 days.
I received an email saturo get it would be delayed.
I contacted them to change the address which was confirmed, when I received the dispatch confirmation email, the address was still the old one, called again, they said they will change it with the courier, now the parcel has been delivered to the incorrect address and they don’t reply to the emails or calls.
When I finally managed to speak to someone they say they won’t refund me!! And refuse to put me through to a manager. Absolutely terrible customer service!
Avoid!!

False advertisement on the site

False advertisement on the site, advertised as gluten and lactose free arrived without indications to be free of those allergens on the package. Tried to returned the order , but they refused to take it . Can't get my refund for faulty order for more than 2 months. The worst customers's service, very unprofessional. I will never ever, never ever order from this site again

Will never order from them again

Will never order from them again. My order never arrived and when I queried it was sent the local post "proof of delivery" however with the wrong name / signature with advice to investigate it with the postal service! I duly did who advised it was addressed to the wrong person and reminded me that it was the company and not my responsibility to investigate where it went! Farmaline were initially insistent that no refund could be considered until they had investigated it fully (despite accepted it was delivered to the wrong person) - however eventually after lengthy discussions have agreed to refund me. Appalling customer service.
