Extremely long refund process

We bought an electronic toothbrush around 4months ago. After less that 4 weeks it stopped working. We were told to send it back to the manufacturers and they would review it to see if it could be mended. After another 6 weeks we were told that a refund could be issued. Another 4 weeks and countless chasing we have finally got the refund, all be it in the wrong account. All in all a pretty dire experience.

Best health and beauty french website, never had problem with their products or service, also i don't need to travel to france to get all the products i need from abroad. so glad brexit did not affect delivering their products to the UK.

Very bad experience

I order some multivitamins which I had to take with me abroad. After 25 days of not hearing from this company, I finally emailed the customer services and I was told that they will investigate and take another I don’t know few days. Not impressed at all by the delivery system. Of course I would not recommend ordering anything online by farmaline.

Poor customer service

Returned an item that was delivered back to sender three weeks ago and still can't get this company to refund me. Every time I try and speak to someone they are rude and tell me I should have read the T&C. Never in my life have I struggled to get a refund from a company as much as this

Lost order

My order from Farmaline had not arrived after a week so I contacted them. It took three days for them to admit they couldn’t locate the parcel as apparently there was a delivery system error. So they sent a replacement. Again, it was nearly a week before I had any further message. This was to inform me it would be delivered the following day. I waited in but it never showed up. When it eventually did come, I contacted their Customer Services for a refund of the delivery charge as their service was so poor, but they refused and were unapologetic to the point of arrogance. Their only solution was to return the order for a full refund – after nearly three weeks of hassle!
