Was somewhat sceptical at first, but absolutely love the weekly box and actually get excited to find out what’s inside 10/10 would highly recommend.

quality vegetables, generous amounts. You recieve a good variety whilst retaining favourites/classics. Comms regarding shipping etc is also very good!

(update)You've just emailed me stating it's coming!!, no other option, your not working with me you've just written it's coming and we will not explain what will happen if you can't access my property, which you can't!!. Why can't you Ring me direct, no? I am contacting an ombudsman. BUYER BEWARE THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT LISTEN TO ME BEGGING THEM NOT TO DELIVER AS MY DOG WILL TRIGGER WHICH ANNOYS MY NEIGHBOURS. Original post..Farmers pick cannot be contacted, completely Uncontactable. I could not be home for a Sat 6.30PM delivery. I contacted FARMERS PICK as soon as I could, I only just agreed to that time and thought it was AM as Im not home later, I wrote to them via their only method a form, email 3 times with 7 days notice.. Absolutely No response not even we received your enquiry and then when I got stern saying where are you? they responded via email, oh sorry we didn't respond, but not sorry! your too late..I gave options, I'll pick the delivery up, I'll be home til 4, I told them my dog will start barking and that is not good. There is absolutely no where to leave as I have a high fence. No response to that just an email Sorry delivery is coming. II will worry when I'm out and there's nothing I can do. I now just want to stop it. No still coming! I Have no idea what will happen to my order they have to leave on the street?

If you deliver tomorrow Sat at 7pm I will arrive in-person at your offices, where ever they may be as you have no pH no address!

Life changer. I look forward to my veggie box every week. It’s that element of surprise! I was so sick of supermarket veggies. I love that I’m eating organic and straight from the farmer still fresh. The whole ordering experience is easy and fun. I even buy my soy milk and other pantry items. Good work team. Keep up the great work 👌

It's great value and very convenient - we are only up to our third box, but so far very happy. The only thing that may be an issue is that we are a bit oversupplied with some things, however, this may even out as the weeks go by.

UPDATE 10 JUL '26:
Farmers Pick customer service have been very responsive and listened to my concerns. They also provided a full refund for the produce box (unprompted), and a refund for the 2 butchers items that did not meet quality expectations. Much appreciated.

I ordered a large organic box - the quality and selection of produce was terrible. I'm ok with things being imperfect but I expect them to be fresh and not arrive already past their best by date. 3 out of 5 small capsicums are rotten and broken, the 1/2 watermelon has freezer damage and is smooshed. In their largest box, I received 3 already browning bananas, 3 under-ripe tomatoes, a punnet of under-ripe cherry tomatoes, 3 under-ripe oranges, a handful of nice looking pink apples, two bunches of fresh leafy greens, 5 big zucchinis, a cabbage, 1/2 small pumpkin, 3 small eggplants, 2 giant onions, 8 giant carrots and THREE potatoes. The selection is not something I would ever pick when I shop myself to feed a family for a week. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to cook with 3 potatoes, 8 giant carrots, 2 huge onions and a bunch of zucchini. No broccoli, no berries, no cauliflower. Not enough variety. I also ordered meat - the expensive lamb cutlets are mostly fat and bone, not as they're pictured on the FarmersPick website. I spent around $350 on this and still need to go grocery shopping tomorrow. Very disappointing.

Quality and delivery are both reasonable. When I asked about return of their clean branded boxes for reuse the delivery person said they didn't do this only delivery. I asked the customer service team for advice and they said it was against food hygiene regulations
It's not and other enterprises such as Ceres reuse boxes and the plastic cold packs. I am keen on reducing food waste but not if it means thowing perfectly good items in the bin especially plastics.
Follow up response from Farmers pick to me repeated "thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your concern" corporate speak. Nothing very concrete.

I’ve been getting farmers picked deliveries for over a year now, they are the best! I used a competitor previously but found that farmers pick deliveries usually last longer as they are kept in a refrigerator truck. I’ve had to pause or push back deliveries a few times and always found the customer service really helpful. But the produce quality of the produce is absolutely amazing. I love having the variety! Getting all of your vegetables, Delivers really takes the hassle out of grocery shopping and creating a menu every few weeks. Honestly cannot recommend enough, they are fabulous

You’d hope the produce is not rotting. Sadly one of my fruits we’re completely rotted on the inside. The rest was good.

I kept getting expired meat delivered, this week is two chick kebabs, best before 28/05/26.

The products we get are always fresh and tasty. If. there is a problem (like an egg damaged} they fix it in our next order, even if it was because of careless delivery. Friendly and responsive organization

On friday 22 May was my first delivery from Farmers Pick.The delivery was exactly at the time advised. The fruit and vegetables are of an excellent quality and a great variety. I feel really happy to be able to support family farmers who are so essential to our community. I would highly recommend everyone to purchase from Farmers Pick.

Produce is so fresh and enables Me to manage my meals and Prep and I can choose to opt out of particular fruit and veg before the cutoff date, or add to the box then too. The meat selection is great and quality first class, so there is never any shortage of variation. I love that there is dairy and eggs as well as pantry items.
Another great option is that You can vary delivery outside the normal selection by opting out and then the deliveries will revert to normal when dates have passed. Well worth trying.

Love having a box of fresh fruit and veg waiting for me every Friday, ready for the weekend. Our fruit bowl runneth over, and we have healthier more creative dinners with so much veg to use up. It's full of stuff we'd never think to get in the supermarket - all in perfect condition and nestled in brown paper instead of gross plastic.

After cancellation of order , farmers Pick have continued too direct debit and have continued to send unwanted boxes.

100% Recommend - great service. After four months, I'm really enjoying the surprise of what I might get in each box. As a single person, the small box every fortnight is perfect, and inspires me to try cooking w/veg I never have before. The itty bitty or gigantic fruit is also fun. :)
