Excellent service throughout the ventilation unit works. From the initial quote to completion, everything was handled with care and professionalism.

I really appreciated receiving a detailed quote upfront so I knew what to expect. The engineers were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and the post-work report was incredibly helpful in understanding what was done and what might be needed in future.

The whole process has been smooth and well-organized, and I’m genuinely grateful for how responsive and thorough they've been. I’ve put of the works for a while as I was nervous about who to use and costs and I’m so pleased I went with Farmwood and had the work done.

Yesterday Farmwood carried out the annual service of my Nuaire home ventilation system. I have also used the company for the last two years annual service. As previously, setting up the work to be carried out was very straightforward. The engineers who came were thorough, efficient and helpful. They explained everything and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Having a long term issue, Wendy took it upon herself to personally ensure this gets resolved. From the very beginning Wendy was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Emma, in Wendy's absence echoed this level of service to the very end! Ali came out for the visit and I could not have had a better engineer, he was professional and very knowledgeable taking pride in his work. Highly recommended the team! From the very beginning, liaising with Kay, to arrange an engineer to attend my flat re the ventilation / extractor fans / kitchen hood, was fast and efficient.
When Matt was booked in to quote for the repair, in the first instance, he was on time, courteous and clean. On his second visit to install the machinery, he was very knowledgeable and quick to install. He also provided advice on how to maintain the equipment going forward and taught me things about the property that I had not known (for seven years!)!
Their service, response rate and expertise is first class. If I could give more than five stars, I would. It is a shame that it is not a regular occurrence to come across quality engineers, such as Farmwood, in London but I am incredibly glad to now have them on the books! We had a nuaire unit fitted in our loft which was faulty. An engineer came out and fitted a new unit within a week and took the old one away. The engineer, Mitch, was extremely helpful, knowledgable and advised on how to insulate the loft for maximum benefit. Would definitely recommend this company, all communication with them was quick, efficient and extremely friendly!

I was introduced to the company by Vent Axia, to service their unit. I cannot compliment them highly enough. The communications were excellent, the two teams who visited (to assess the job and then carry it out) were personable, communicative, considerate, and totally professional. I could not have been more impressed. I cannot objectively gauge the "value for money" aspect, but it seemed fair given the time the work took and the components involved.

Shane and James attended recently to install a new ventilation unit, as the old one had been making a lot of noise and vibration and they had found that this was because the motors were starting to fail (it had also not been installed properly by the previous installers). They did such a great job, and I was so very happy to find that my new unit, now correctly installed on a newly reinforced wall, makes almost no noise at all - such a huge difference and massive peace of mind! They were very courteous and professional, and highly considerate. Although I had felt very distrustful due to previous experiences with other contractors, they gave me confidence that I could rely on them to provide an excellent service, which they did - thank you!

The engineer was efficient, very polite and tidy. He was knowledgeable about the system and answered our questions clearly.
