MVHR system in our apartment required servicing - the service provided by everyone I spoke to was professional at every step - Denise in the booking team was extremely efficient and kept me up to date with booking date while awaiting arrival of some parts for the service, and the engineers on the day were friendly, informative, and efficient. I would recommend Farmwood to anyone requiring their services.

Very professional and well organized. Needed my flat's ventilation system maintained as it was not working. Booking with Denise the service coordinator was very good, all my questions were answered. They established the system model and ensured the engineers would bring spare parts. They came and serviced the unit and got it working again in no time. Luke and Owen were very friendly and professional and explained how the system worked including how the boost function worked. Thank you!

Had a Domus HVAC system as part of a new build That needed some work and setup. The Farmwood team gave me a quote, after I accepted I was able to book a day for the visit, they showed up on time, the installed a new wireless switch, balanced the system answered all my questions on how it woks and gave me advice on how keep it working. Received a worksheet and invoice the following day detailing the work etc. Very very professional and excellent service end to end. 100% recommend them.

Farmwood repaired a faulty ventilation unit in my flat. The service from start to finish was extremely professional, prompt, and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

Good service from start to finish. Good communication from the customer team. The engineer did their job well and very happy with the work done. I gave a four star instead of five since the price is a little higher than some other companies and there's a little bit of chasing of the invoice team. But overall, good quality work and would recommend this company.

Excellent service from Farmwood, from the initial booking of the appointment to the engineers' visit itself. Fully PPE'd and Covid H&S compliant, politely explained exactly what they'd be doing, did it efficiently and provided a full report the next day.

Have just had Farmwood come in to repair the air ventilation unit in my flat. Their team has been helpful and friendly, from my first point of contact, Leigh who coordinated the visit and kept me updated, to Harry and his colleague who carried out the repair quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Specifically: Booking the service appointment with the administrative staff, review of estimated costs, discussing in advance the scope of work with an engineer and excellent service from the on site team (Evan and Kurt) who resolved the technical fault with the system. The team arrived on time, on schedule and provided courteous service. I also note the procedures Farmwood followed (mask, gloves, distancing) to provide a safe service despite COVID19

Farmwood were really helpful and quick to respond. Wendy, dealt with all my queries and the guy, Andy who came out was brilliant - quick, efficient and explained everything really clearly.

Farmwood are an excellent company to deal with, efficient and reliable from the lady who takes the details to the engineers who visit.

The company knows their products and are very professional, Harry and Jack did an excellent job, arrived on time, were professional, courteous and explained all as they carried out the work. Thanks also to Lainey for doing such a good job of organising their visits and ensuring everything went to plan.

I was very pleased with the attitude of the engineer (Andy Martin) who attended the call out. He displayed a lot of patients as he was kept waiting, understanding and professionalism in completing the task at hand.

Farmwood mechanical have taken many months to fail to install a functioning humidistat for my Nuaire system. So protracted, costly, and unimpressive that I’ve had to walk away with the problem unresolved.
UPDATE: We’ve now had an independent electrician round and he was able to fix the problem at source within only a few minutes for £100 + humidistat. All the work the Farmwood engineer carried out, and proposed to carry out in future, was unnecessary. Total cost with Farmwood, had we paid it, would have been approx £1500.
