Hannah was excellent in helping us find a date and specifying the job. We thought we needed a new motor when Shane came he identified a faulty PCB, we rescheduled and Shane came again with Charlie and changed the PCB and discovered the two motors were working. He then tested the system very thoroughly and did not leave until he was satisfied that it was running properly. He then explained how the unit worked and gave us some helpful tips for the future.
He was always polite, respectful and friendly, someone you are happy to have in your house, but also very thorough. We thought we had discovered another issue after he left, he was visiting another nearby property so popped back immediately and put our minds at rest.
We are very happy customers.

We had an extraction unit which was not working - they charged £360 just to come and look at it. Told me it needed a new PCB and 2 weeks later told me it was obsolete and no PCB is available (unit less than 5 years old). They now want to charge me another £320 just to get a quote issued for a replacement unit. I would not trust this company at all.
Update: it’s interesting that it took 6 weeks to get a reply to an email but 6 hours to respond to a negative review. Given that the company had taken dozens of photos during the initial ‘service’ visit a second £360 visit to look at the exact same thing they’d already seen very much feels like an attempt to extract more money for no benefit to me.

Hannah and the team were extremely helpful and efficient. They dealt with my request for a service very quickly. The engineer Shane who serviced the vent system, was very experienced, explained what he had done and replaced, he also explained to me how the system worked as I had no idea. Recommended some replacements would be required at some point and said he would get the office to contact me in due course with the recommendations he had explained and prices. Fab service today from Harry. He was punctual, explained what he was doing, completed and tested the job and cleaned up after himself.

My Nuaire ventilation system broke down and the manufactor recommend Farmwood to me. Their engineers Shane and Freddie turned up, they are friendly guys, and identified the fault very quickly and fixed it within an hour. Before the visit, I did not know anything about the system, they explained to me how the system woks in detail. They even adjusted the air flow to make the system worked better. After the visit, Farmwood sent me a detailed report for the work they did before they sent the invoice to me. Farmwood is a great company so they are so demanding, I had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment. But it is worth to wait. Advise to book your appointment early.

When my ventilation went down my neighbor recommended using Farmwood. I was very happy with the service Farmwood provided me from start to finish as I received prompt, professional and friendly advice as soon as I contacted them, and after an efficient visit from the engineer my ventilation is up and running. I am sure to do all my servicing with Farmwood from now on.

Harry, the engineer was on time, polite and professional. It’s the second time I have used them and each time Farmworth have provided a professional service.

Farmwood kept me informed every step of the way regardng my job. They told me when the part would be in and scheduled the job for me. I had to change the time of the job and they juggled things to accomadate this for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very good - very helpful - thorough

I had my ventaxia system installed by a trusted company about 6 years ago and told that little point in annual service if filters were regularly changed. But I had a suspension the system was not quite performing. The service revealed g the installation had not been commissioned beyond installation and keeping all factory settings. Setting not set to calculations of room sizes and use. Such a pity I’d chosen high performance kit and simply presumed installation would match. Not so.
The service revealed it all and now it’ll work as I gladly thought it would- years later.
I guess there’s degrees of integrity even for what seemed a very simple service but the guy I got Lance Francis has now secured after these years the performance I’d paid fully for.
I’ve recommended those air management system to quite a few now I’m telling them of this experience.

The office team were very helpful and efficient in dealing with Nuaire (something of a challenge) and arranging the service visit.
Cameron, the service engineer, arrived on schedule and very efficiently repaired two failed MVHR units - phew!

The guys arrived on time. Respected my property. Cleaned up each day before they finished and left no rubbish or obstacles.
My new ventilation system works perfectly at very little cost.

I made a call to Farmwood M and E services and I spoke to a lovely lady called Alison whom helped me with my concern as My MVHR unit was extremely noisy. Alison booked the appointment for one of their engineers to attend my home. The engineer found my fan was detached and lost of other issue. I contacted Farmwood again for a following appointment. I had the pleasure of speaking to Alison,again. She is a delight to speak to, Alison arranged for a engineer called Mitch to attend my home for repair the MVHR unit. Mitch was professional, friendly and extremely patient. As I had to have my whole MVHR system replaced.

Mich was clean with this work tidy and left no mess!!! IHe is a credit to his company and Farmwood M and E service have been a pleasure to speak and work in my home.
My MVHR unit is working and it's not noise anymore anymore 😃

I’m an L&Q resident who had a faulty air filtration/extractor problem when I moved into my apartment 12 months ago.

L&Q were very good with trying to arrange a repair and handed the job over to a company by the name of AC Davis LTD.

AC Davis sent out an engineer who opened the cupboard, glanced at the system and advised that the whole thing needed replacing and I have to say, I was a little surprised by this because they’re expensive and it was only 3-4 years old and relatively new.

Anyway, the engineer left and said he will order a replacement which will then be fitted in due course.

Fast-forward 8-9 months and after plenty of chasing I still hadn’t received the unit and was advised by AC Davis that it was obsolete or no longer obtainable.

I went back to L&Q with this and they gave the job to Farmwood LTD and an engineer (Harry) was on my doorstep in a matter of days. The difference between the two became apparent almost immediately.

Harry actually took an interest. He removed the cover and dismantled various parts before removing, inspecting and testing the circuit-board - which was faulty. He advised a replacement was needed and he will order one right-away.

A few weeks later Harry reappeared with a co-worker (Kieran) and circuit-board in hand. They were both very polite and courteous (they even removed their shoes before entering) and set straight to work. I felt I was in good hands and the job would be completed this time around - which it was. They encountered several obstacles during the repair as the unit had been installed and wired incorrectly by the developers. No problem though because these guys set about correcting these issues and even re-mapped some of the wiring to optimise the performance, brilliant! After running a few tests etc, these two then set about cleaning up after themselves. They even took the time and had the patience to explain how the unit works and how it should be operated, servicing intervals, you name it etc, then off they went.

I have to say that after nearly 12 months I was very pleased for the swift intervention and repair carried out by Farmwood, Harry and Kieran and their professionalism.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top class engineers that get the job done!

After struggling to get in touch with a company to support our nuaire system we found Farmwood. From the start my experience was excellent. They provided me with a quote ahead of the engineers visit which was broken down into parts which maybe required to fix the issue that I was having with the air extraction system. The engineer called me when he was 10 minutes away from the property and carried out the work. My dealings with the company was first class which is unusual in this day and age. I will be booking again next year for the nuairs annual service

I work for a block management company in Southampton and had to use Farmwood M & E Services ltd in connection with a fire suppression system in one of the blocks I manage.

The service from the outset was impeccable and friendly and very professional.
The communication was excellent and on site communication and help superb, and would highly recommend them as a company and organisation.
