Don’t bother using this company they will not refund if there is a problem and they even keep the item you have sent back for a refund. !!!!!
I am editing my review as Daniel from fascinations4weddings clearly has got the wrong order number the number you are quoting Daniel is for the bag that was correct and I used for my daughters wedding. The ref order number 85093 is the bag which you have had delivered back to you and I am waiting on a refund or for you to send back to me if you feel you can not refund. I was told over the phone no one would be about to refund me as they was closed for holiday so they still received this within the stated time, all I want is a refund for the bag I sent back as it was the wrong colour. The correct bag I re ordered and paid for was fine and used. This is such bad customer service. It’s funny how you reply through trust pilot and not emails.

A note for our customers, this person also got their husband to give us a 1-star review! This was all because they returned an item far too late for a refund. If you look at the 10 reviews we received after this you'll see they are all 5-star reviews that properly represent our business.

The ease of all about my order.
Ease of ordering, quick response and reassurance on a query. Order placed late Wed afternoon, had item early Friday morning, delivered on time. Would definitely recommend to friends, would have no hesitation using again.

Under our returns policy, in order to be eligible for a full refund customers have to return items in their original new condition. The hat we received back from you smelled strongly of perfume. It's difficult to understand how this could happen if a hat was just tried on and not worn. In any case, we withheld 10% of the refund to cover our costs in returning the item to saleable condition, as clearly set out in our returns policy. Can you imagine receiving an expensive events hat smelling strongly of perfume?
Please consider revising this damaging 1-star review of our small family business. We proceeded on the basis of the returns policy you agreed to when you placed your order.
