Terrible customer service and sorry…
Terrible customer service and sorry being a small family business is not a good enough excuse. Ordering was a shambles as website took time to register my payment so took 3 attempts therefore took 3 payments I then had to get refunded by sending serval emails. Unfortunately the Fascinator was faulty so had to ask for a refund which also involved multiple emails and still have not received the full amount. Shocking service I wouldn’t bother to much trouble

Last minute decision to get a hat for my son's wedding. It was black and grey and the headband was adjustable. Very pleased about that as 52cm is quite a lot smaller than 57cm. I ordered express delivery and it arrived after two days. Very pleased with whole process. Thank you very much.

Colour was not as advertisedpoor returns poor description of colour. When i look back at advert the photos differ for same items not as advert
Colour was not as advert.However it was Well made fitted well. Return form not with item long protracted return process i need to get a printer to print the form. Really not user friendly.emailed company . Reply was cursory.cant attach the actual photo of product i received i ordered melon and got a peachy colour.Be very careful when ordering.I was thinking of sending back reirdering fuschia but checked other photos and they are nothing like first photo

Colours can be very subjective and this is why we have a comprehensive returns policy clearly referenced on our packing slips. All the details are available on our website and the link is provided to customers.
Many customers order a number of items to try and return those they don't need. With customers viewing our website with differing screens, light conditions and opinions on colours, it isn't possible to always meet expectations. Which is why we have the returns policy.
Your review is very damaging to our small family business so we would be grateful if you could consider revising based on the above.

After sales service non existent
Liked- delivery was quick after placing order. Items were well packed
Disliked (and reason for average score) TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSE TO POST DELIVERY QUERY
Unfortunately items were not the exact colour match. After further research I managed to identify the part numbers and colour required. The website did not appear to stock the colour I needed so I reached out to see if they could order in the specific colour match items and exchange. I contacted the company by their chat function and email and have heard nothing. I am know in possession of two items I am unable to use

Slightly disappointed item didn’t arrive in tact.
Slightly disappointed that on opening the packaging containing the fascinator I found that one of the diamanté stones had fallen out of its setting - fortunately it was found in the rest of the packaging. Another is quite loose so I guess it’ll be a case if getting out the superglue for a repair job………
Had expected better. Apparently this company is located quite close to where I live but I am on quite a tight time schedule for getting it back to them before I need to wear it. . Other than that, item is just the colour I’d hoped and the design/shape and “fit” is good for the shape of my head!

Sorry to hear that one of the diamantes had come loose. This does happen sometimes with diamantes and where it happens here we tend to do exactly the same - superglue it back into position.
I hope you'll understand that there's really nothing much we can do about diamantes coming loose through Royal Mail's delivery networks - they do come loose with shaking and rough handling - and consider revising your 3-star review of our small family business.
