I want to register my profound disappointment with the commemorative plate I recently received for the cane I purchased. I had ordered an elaborately fashioned plate, expecting it to be seamlessly affixed to the cane. However, upon arrival, the workmanship was highly questionable. The plate was completely flat, lacking the necessary curve to properly conform to the cane's cylindrical shape. As a result, when it was haphazardly affixed, four prominent edges protruded, making it unstable. Inevitably, the plate detached from the cane. Unfortunately, due to extensive travel today, tracking and recovering it will be extremely difficult. I had hoped for a much better outcome, and I am extremely disappointed with this shoddy workmanship.

I have ordered a lot of very nice canes from you, and one of them I tripped over and it broke. You helped me get it fixed for free. Thank you very much!! For some reason, your emails have stopped, and I wish I could get them back, so I can maybe order more if I find something I like. Again, thank you very much for all your help and very nice canes!!!

I am very happy with the product and customer service I received but the cost to import into Canada was a huge sticker shock and because the documents did not specify the product was made of all wood I was further charged for an all metal product with the newly imposed tariffs between our countries. It ended up costing me 2 and 1/2 times the original price after all taxes and duty. Chalk it up to lessons learned. I would shop here again after this stupid tariff war is over. :(

Handle on cane started to come loose. I’d assumed it was threaded on because I was able to tighten it back down, until the point where it would just continue spinning. I need the cane to walk, and it’s a safety issue if it’s just going to fall off at some point. I removed the handle to find a plastic nub with no threads, although the handle does have screw threads.
I reached out to customer service which told me I should’ve contacted them and sent back the cane I need for walking to them immediately to determine if it was defective. This person also said that the handles are not removable, that ‘It is designed to be put in and never removed. By "unthreading" it you simply destroyed the handles ability to stay connected to the cane. The removal of the cane handle voids all warranties.’
If the handle isn’t threaded on, then they had to have pressed it on with some type of interference fit, but the handle is metal and has threads, so being a person who repairs industrial equipment, I wonder why someone would press metal threads onto a plastic nub, and how they would expect to not damage the fit of that nub in the handle as the metal threads scrape material away.
The cane was lovely when it wasn’t a safety hazard, but seeing what the material is made from, and the passing the blame on defective product to me for attempting to see what was wrong, then telling me I voided the warranty by checking to see if the defective product was going to be the cause of another injury, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I bought my cane several years ago (not sure of the date) and it still looks like it's new. This company tells you how to take care of it and sells only the best quality in all of their products. I have purchased other canes as well from them for myself for variety and as gifts. If you remember its wood and care for it as you would your better furniture the only reason to buy others is wanting a variety of looks. That's how I see it! Enjoy walking with with. your cane, and stand tall knowing anyone who sees it will know you walk in style! Mamie

If you have to use a cane it might as well be fashionable! I was looking for a reasonably priced cane that adjusted down to 29 or 30 inches, since I am 5 feet tall and most canes only adjust down to 33 inches, too tall for me. I chose and received a beautiful fashion cane with hummingbirds on it, however, it had a large scratch on the grip which spoiled its appearance. One email with a photo of the flaw brought me a brand new cane in perfect condition within a few days. I was so pleased that this company stands behind their products. Their customer service is awesome! Highly recommend!

The experience was great for many reasons however at the type of the list is the exceptional customer service I received. Although I made an error when placing my order the representatives who assisted me were very gracious in making the corrections. The second reason is that Fashionable Canes had the best selection to offer for a variety of uses and to fit my style. I am a new cane user so I have been very nervous about this new chapter in my life but the choice of cane that only Fashionable Canes offers gives me pride in the type of cane that I will carry. I had a checkbox of several items that I would need to include the rubber tip, and folding capacity which Fashionable Canes met in addition to offering personalized engraving for stylish carrying as well as a very unique and fashionable wrist chain with an attached scarf.

My cane was complimented many times over, but I was happier that it helped me walk my daughter down the aisle on the day of her wedding!!

I bought the hummingbird offset cane and it was defective. The cane is not not stable - it is wobbly and rattles when you walk or move it around. I am not sure if it is defective or just a very cheaply made cane. I bought a similar cane from Walgreens for half the price and it is a much more stable cane and easy to walk with.

I had to change an order and their response was great. The issues are resolved efficiently and staff is very courteous and mindful of your needs.
