My first order was a bit of a mix up but was sorted quickly and very professional.

They make sure they update every time n also this shoe is very comfortable so they're one of the best

I not happy about the I return the sneakers but they refuse to give refund and NIKE sneakers I was not happy with because is a FAKE and I return it in time since last year December they don't want to refund me they keep on telling me that after 48 hours you will get the refund till today they even charge me the collection money for order but today they I didn't not return within 21 days but I return it in 7 day Fashioncrip is a BIG SCAM when you chart with them they are not responding they took 2 days to respond their Phone is ringing with no answer they SCAMMED me till today waiting my refund they said I must but they will not refund it

First off all thanks for the most reasonable price of Airforce 1's but the reason for me not rating 5 stars is because I was not able to track my order with the tracking number..I tried calling no answers.. tried WhatsApp no feedback too..then eventually I went into panick mode started searching if you'rl are legit coz I had just been scammed recently..I went on your Facebook and saw all the negative feedback from people who have about 8 mouths orders not delivered & no feedback..I thought I was scammed..but then I inboxed then I was told my package will arrive tomorrow not later than 4pm

Eventually it came but the reason for not rating the 5th star is the courier guy.i was at work during delivery so I asked my mom to collect for me.she told me the guy was giving her attitude and criticising that he doesn't feel safe for him to deliver at my house because of the street (gravel)so my mom had to go and collect the package herself

That's why I'm rating 3star because of the lack of customers service.& I don't think I'm ever going to purchase from fashioncrib again

But all in all thanks for keeping your word got my sneakers and I'm happy

After so busy season delays , I received my sneakers, a choice of sizes too . I’m most satisfied with the service and friendliness of staff. Be patient with response times, you could be led to think something is awry. All good now.

I bought shoes and was delivered 9 Jan, immediately requested return for a smaller size. Received feedback a week later and was told to pay courier fees which I did. No courier has collected and I have been calling, emailing and messaging on WA but no response at all. I even went to the address in CPT but no store there. I want these shoes collected and a size 3 returned or a full refund of shoes and courier fee, this service is appalling and would not recommend them at all!!!

You guys are a scam I have been waiting for my refund since the 24th December 2025. Evrytime I call you not answering...pay back the money,you are a scam
