It would have been better knowing the price before proceeding.

Quick easy received certificate with in 2 weeks.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! After paying $160.00 for a replacement birth certificate, plus shipping charges. I received an email to directing me to spend an additional $40.00 more money for a notary. I simply ask them to cancel my order, and they refused. Unacceptable!

Everything appears to be working, but not sure it is 100% correct
on the receiving side. JRG

Great with getting to the point and not asking for a bunch of nonsense.
However the added government fees on top of the original fee would be fine IF it was made obvious BEFORE you put your card info in
Too sneaky for my taste and will not be recommending this site unless someone has no other option.
Upfront would have made for a MUCH better review.

Awful hard to get ahold of and hard to get money too and have spent so much money to not even get my birth certificate is ridiculous

VERY EXPENSIVE, THEY DONT MAKE IT CLEAR THEY WILL CHARGE TWO FEES, THE REGULAR HIGH FEE AND THEN THE ADDITIONAL STATE FEE WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FIRST FEE THEY CHARGE WHICH IS ALREADY SUPER HIGH. THEY SEND A FORM THAT HAS TO BE NOTERIZED (MORE FEES) THEN THEY DIDNT ACCEPT THE FORM BECAUSE THE NOTERY STAMP WAS BARELY TOUCHING SOME OF THE LETTERS. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND WERE STILL NOT DONE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM.

Not sure why I even tried to go cheaper it ended up costing me the same but that first ad: ONLY 39.99 gets ya then after you have been charged they tell you there is a government fee and this fee and that fee. My advice is go to your local state vital records and get it your self because this costs just as much and is a pain in the #%$ Sorry I didn't just go down there my self but I got suckered into this and now just want out. WHAT A NIGHT MARE.

I will never use this website or refer this organization to anyone! I was helping my elderly mother Diane with this order as she doesnt even have an email address and was reviewing her information by going back to the previous page and then to the next page and the price jumped up by $10. So, it went from $39.95 to $49.95 just for the processing fee. I should have immediately backed out of the process as this felt like a scam. Also, now they also want a photo ID from her also, which they never stated that this was a requirement. So I will help my mother with the photo id process, but I am half expecting that we will not get the birth certificate after all this trouble. There are also other online companies that only charge $30 with no id required. So, we spent alot of money for a painful process and will not do this again.

Your site charged me 123.00 to expedite my birth certificate and is now saying it could take up to 15 days and they won't give me a refund.
