I used these folks and the seemed legit.

I registered for a expedited birth certificate delivery. As soon as I was done, I receive an email that I need to send them a notarized document to begin the process. At NO point on their website was this ever mentioned. I was traveling really needed the document fast.

Additionally i was notified after the fact that "LA County was backlogged 7 days). Really? After I give you my credit card???

So I found out I could drive to an office in LA County and get the certificate on the spot for $28!!! What backlog?????

I asked if I could get a partial refund (like for the $20 for overnight delivery) and they said "no"

Unethical and bad service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I was in a jam, big time, at work I drive a van sometimes and carts so I need a valid Drivers License, when my boss asked me for my update licence I realized I let it expire by two weeks and my boss gave me 30 days to renew or I loose my job. I went to the DMV and found out now they require a birth certificate, I haven’t seen it for many years but still tore apart my house for it, no good, l looked on line and the birth certificates from NY state would take 4 to 6 weeks, then I found fastbirthcertificates.com and got it in a WEEK paid extra but worth my sanity and job. This was my first time requesting by Birth Certificate, and the communication was really bad. I could not call and talk to anyone could only e-mail. I really needed by birth certificate fast and the service was not fast at all.

This is a great service! I ordered and received an email in a couple of days that my order was not accepted by the county clerk's office. I called the help line an the lady explained the problem very nicely. It was my error in the way I downloaded the document. I corrected the document and refaxed it. I had my order in a matter of days. Great job fast birth certificates!!

Fast and reliable! Bit pricey but if you don't have time or the patience to deal with a heap of government red tape go with this service!
