Fastfix fine, DPD are not
Fastfix fine, quick and very competetive prices. DPD are apalling which is a great shame. I'd rather wait a day longer and have the item delivered to the correct address than have to go and track it down.

Order Tuesday didn't arrive till Friday had to case up the order twice and when received the order the inlay tray was missing it was first time using the company not a great start

Ordered a chainsaw showing as in stock. Nothing delivered for a month and no reply afte multiple times chasing. Eventually got through on the phone and managed to resolve. A few weeks pass and they send an invoice for the cancelled item.
