Fantastic price
Fantastic price, let down by missing items and later than advertised delivery.
Didn't arrive next day. Arrived with 3 out of 4 batteries missing, so tool unusable. Took a few hours to be investigated, so then missed next day delivery on batteries too.

I ordered a Makita 40v cordless disc…
I ordered a Makita 40v cordless disc cutter with batteries and charger which I thought was delivered in a few days, after coming home from work I was looking forward to opening my purchase but as soon as I looked at the box I realised something was wrong (the box was really small). I opened the box and inside was an impact wrench, battery and charger which was a mistake at the warehouse, it happens from time to time, I telephoned and spoke to someone from Fastfix who told me I would receive an email the next day with either a swap or a refund, it took 5 phone calls and 3 days to organise a refund which I had to make, this is the reason I give only a one star review
