Let down by Royal Mail
Let down by Royal Mail
Ordered a large number of flies and all was good until it came to postage.
Unfortunately Royal Mail let fast flies down and failed to deliver in the allotted 48hr tracked delivery time.
Any company can look good when things go well, it’s when things go wrong you see how good the company is, and Alison from fast flies was brilliant.
She tried to track and find out where the delivery went wrong and once it looked like they would not arrive she bagged up a second set of flies and was going to send them out as a matter of urgency
However the original order turned up on the day making the second set of flies unnecessary
So 10/10 for fast flies, 1/10 for the Royal Mail for finally making the delivery 2 day late!
So even though some things did go wrong, they came through and the flies are great, can’t wait to get them wet!
