Jinky was very friendly and helpful. She managed to solve the problem very quickly. When the line got cut off she called me back very quickly, which I was very grateful for as it would have been frustrating to explain thing again to someone new.

Got through to a human immediately, which is so rare these days. Marvin understood my issue right away, and then walked me through the process in a clear and reassuring manner, even undertaking some of the work while I was on the line. Issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Best customer support around.

My Wordpress suffered from the big attack on 18th July but the Fasthosts support allowed me to recover. I then tried to up the PHP version as suggested but my limited capability led to a web site crash. Lester did a splendid recovery job, working hard to sort out the mess I made.

Had a wonderful experience today on Fasthosts from expert Glenn Contawe who helped me with what I required. Very eager to help with all aspects of their business and a very knowledgeable guy.

My website was down and as a busy softplay we need the website for customer bookings, Steve from Fasthosts sorted it out for me, which I forever greatfull.

I was previously with Squarespace and now Fasthost. Fasthost are premier league compared to Squarespace. Lester of Fasthost customer support was incredible, his support with my issue was unbelievable. He went an extra mile. 10/10 for Lester.
