Fasthosts is the best hosting provider ever. 2 years ago, I faced a DDoS attack with 5TB bandwidth and combined fake users of nearly 2 billion within a month. Hostinger servers crashed and my unlimited bandwidth was useless. They kept changing my Ip from London to US and back to London etc but it did not help. Then I moved to Fasthosts and I only asked one question of … if they can handle my DDoS. They said their bandwidth is truly unmetered so shouldn’t be a problem. I let cloudflare handle most of the DDoS attack but still large chunk of bandwidth was passed on to my site but the site did not crash even once after I migrated to Fasthosts. Today I asked for discount for my renewal and Louie Gee gave me the best discount I could ask for. She was so friendly and professional at the same time. I thank you so much Louie Gee once again

Fasthosts has made the cancellation process extremely difficult, pushing customers to stay locked into 12‑month payments for services they no longer use. However, Nico has been outstanding throughout. He went above and beyond to help, guiding me through every step to get this resolved. He was polite, patient, and genuinely supportive — the patience of a saint. Thank you, Nico.

Borderline predatory will not let you cancel subscriptions

I had inadvertently deleted my sister‘s email package whilst trying to connect her domain name. In a state of panic, I phoned Fasthosts to see if there was anything they could do. JMS answered my call and in spite of my incoherent, panicked ramblings, he managed to restore the mailbox before my sister found out! Eternally grateful!

James JMS worked hard to understand and resolve the issues we were having with our website. Greatly appreciated.
