Fasthost's customer service is genuinely tremendous, I had a few minor technical issues, who doesn't these days, and the kind gentleman Enrico sorted it out for me in minutes.

JMS helped me today when my website suddenly went down. He responded quickly, identified the problem and got everything working again without delay. Very professional, efficient and reliable service. Highly recommended!

Awful experience

Awful experience, i had to call them each time to change mx , cname records, 3 calls. Even then i couldnt reply to a gmail user. Even more concerning was the fact that the same evening i chose this provider and linked my (protected) domain with my email address i started getting spam emails from gmail accounts offering me services. I had the shopify domain 5 months before and as soon as i brought this service scammers started emailing me.
