We were running short on time to get our passports renewed so I looked into fastpassportcenter.com. They were able to get both of our passports back to us with weeks to spare!!! It was very easy and I highly recommend using their services!

I do not even feel like giving this company one star but they don't have an option for less than that!! I needed an expedited passport and paid $275 for a 2 day turn around. Then of course when I speak to them they tell its no less that 4-5 days! 1st mistake! I payed for the service on Sept. 13 and needed it by my daughter's travel date on the 27th! There was a setback in the process and tried to reach the person I was dealing with,(I will for now let him remain nameless) was impossible to reach! I heard back from him a whole 10 hours later with the response "you should have listened to me". And a VERY negative attitude instead of asking "lets think of another option". I had almost a full week until I needed it and was told "he was very doubtful". I went to the Miami Passport agency myself and fixed the issue myself. I received the passport the same day and they advised me these agencies had "very limited power" and are useless. I contacted the company asking for a refund since I obviously did not need the passport from them anymore they said "no, because this was all your fault" Worst and rudest customer service!!!!! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My Passport expired in one month, & I had made airline reservations not knowing that it would not be accepted by the airline. My flight was set for July 9, 2016 & I was informed of this on July 7. I found Fast Passport Center online under great stress, I paid the fee & I received my documents from them asap which helped tremendously. I printed them out & during lunch at work I rushed home to get my expiring Passport, had my picture taken, followed David's advice to read the instructions carefully, & I sent out the package from a UPS store. The next day I was receiving a FedEx confirmation that my new Passport was being shipped. It arrived as they said on Saturday the 9th of July, by 10 am. I took off for my flight at 1 pm that afternoon with my new Passport. Utterly amazing! Fast Passport Center was fast, very helpful and professional. Amazing Passport service!

Exceptional service! Committed to fulfilling promises on time frames. Willing to assist in any way possible. This was my first experience using this company and I am BEYOND impressed. Thank you for making the seemingly impossible, possible! They are legitimate and the fees are the most reasonable out there.

It’s a blessing to have good people out there providing needed services! I found Fast Passport Center via Google and when I entered the site, the first button was the exact service I needed (Renew Passport). Having clicked the button, I was then presented with selections for how fast I needed my passport and the associated prices. At first, the prices seemed high, but upon consideration, they were actually a great value. Just think, drive 300 miles, stand in line and then figure out you forgot a document (oh brother, think of the frustration). I filled out the form, entered my credit card and was elated to find that I could have my passport back in 2 business days… even faster if I wanted to pay more. I opted for the two-day service.
Once I filled out the online form, I had an email within minutes with very specific and detailed instructions. There was no doubt about it, you were to follow these instructions to the letter and not follow the government instructions, if you wanted to succeed. I followed the instructions, then ran through the checklist twice and dropped off the package at FedEx using the pre-printed label they emailed me.
Low and behold, 2 days later, just as promised, FedEx delivered my original documents as well as my newly renewed passport! Bravo! Well done Fast Passport Center! If you’re in a hurry, don’t’ hesitate, but do follow their list. I can highly recommend them based on my successful recent interaction.

Excellent service, and easy to do. My company needed me at a jobsite out of country within a couple days and I hadn't realized my passport had expired. I checked some sites and for one day service they had a good price and good reviews. Please know that 1 day service doesn't include getting it there and getting it back. But I put it in overnight Tuesday night and had it back Thursday morning with enough time to catch my flight.
Also they have a great checklist and if you follow it, it is really easy.
David kept me posted throughout the process.

Loved working with these guys. I worked with a rep named David who walked me through the entire process in getting my minor son's passport issued. They provide an instruction sheet and if you do exactly as it says, you'll do fine. Thumbs up

Fast.....Friendly....Helpful....Great Price....All around Great Experience!

We were renewing during the Christmas holidays, and I suspected there would be delays, but David was very helpful in executing the passport renewal very quickly for us. I even found other companies to be more expensive and wondered if that meant they were somehow better, but that was not the case. I get the impression the team here is small and they know their stuff and you are not dealing with a huge company who don't know who you are. Results speak for themselves, by the time I emailed to check if they received the passport they were replying 24 hours later to say that it should have already arrived back to us, and it had. Thanks for the timely execution.

I lost my passport and needed a new one within 5 business days. David at Fast Passport was professional and got the job done in the nick of time with grace and care despite me bugging the life out of him. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I know who to call.

I was really surprised with the speed. I got my daughter's passport on the second morning after I sent them a packet with the passport application. Very detailed checklist provided by the company also helps a lot and guide yu through the preparations. Thanks, guys.

I had the best experience dealing with David at Fast Passport Center. He was so helpful and walked me through each step for filling out and processing the passport papers. The sealed documents were sent him on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday I had my new passport. I was totally surprised by the fast service as I was not expecting my passports for at least 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend David and his team at Fast Passport Center to my family and friends.

I was truly stressed and upset regarding my lack of a passport and my upcoming trip. David was very kind and helpful and walked me through the entire process step by step as well as answering my many emails kindly and promptly. Leaving on Wednesday evening flight to Ireland, Monday morning decided to copy passports & credit cards etc. My passport had expired I was panicked, could not believe 10 years had past since I got it... Went to state.gov passport site talked to someone about what to do and could not get an appointment for the next day to renew at any of the renewal sites. Researched for expedited services and went with Fast Passport ...so glad I did, David Donovan made the steps needed very clear and that Wednesday morning FedEx delivered the new passport by 10:00 am. This is customer service at its best! Thank you David!!

My company offered to send me on a trip to Costa Rica to work with our non-profit partner to build a school, but when I realized I only had 2 weeks to get my passport, I was nervous.

The soonest appointment I could get a passport agency was the day of my trip, which was no good since I am to leave before the appointment time. I looked online and found Fast Passport Center to be the least expensive and well rated option.

I chose the 3-5 business day option and got my passport in 3 business days!! What a relief! David J Donovan was quick to respond to all my questions and walked me through the entire process, assuring me everything would be fine. If you follow the checklist provided by the company, everything will go smoothly.

When you need a passport in a pinch, these guys ACTUALLY do what they say and as long as you follow their instructions you will receive your passport(s) when requested. David is an absolutely great individual who will do what ever he can to help. I needed 3 passports for a trip that was set to leave in days! He told me what I needed, sent everything that was needed, and followed up! Long story short, I received my passports a day early and before a busy holiday weekend!!!

Very satisfied with the great service that I received from Fast Passport Center. I was ready to travel when I noticed my passport was to expired ten days later, Contacted Fast Passport Center and the forth day the passport was delivered by FedEx to my front door. The expedite is a little pricy about $470 but it was worth it due to the emergency of my travel arrangements. Thank you David Donovan for a good job.

We had concert tickets in Canada in two days and we didn't realize I needed a passport. We called Fast Passport Center at 1:30 and I needed to be at the county clerk's office by 3:30. The stress was incredible by this time. David Donovan returned my call immediately, during his lunch hour, and worked through his lunch to make sure I got a slot in an office in Philadelphia, and he remotely e-mailed the form I needed. Unbeknownst to me, my birth certificate was issued by the State Department and didn't have my parent's name on it, so I had to leave the county clerk's office empty handed. We figured that was the end of the trip. When I called David to ask for a refund, he was perfectly happy to do that, and also gave me several suggestions to help me, including doing a file search to prove my citizenship. He gave me the locations of several regional offices and even though this did not profit him, he faxed me a letter to get the file search done. I cannot say enough about David and Fast Passport Center. He made a really bad situation a heck of a lot better. I would recommend this company highly.

I needed my passport fast and my local passport agency, the post office, where you need to make appointments, was booked for months. David D. at Fast Passport Center was able to turn my passport around ahead of schedule even with a snag in the process, (my fault!) They really saved me on this one, imagine having to tell your CEO you can't make the meeting because you forgot that your passport had expired! To be honest, Im not sure why anyone that needs expedited service would ever go and try to do it yourself. They are the experts, the communication is stellar, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Overnighted all my documentation on a Tuesday afternoon, received my new passport Friday afternoon as promised. Off to Europe in a day. Will definately be providing their names to others.
