We booked our cruise on Sunday morning to travel 2 weeks later. Couldn't find husband's naturalization paper, so we were forced to renew his passport. Sunday night 10:30 P.M. I was calling around and found [Name] at Fast Passport Center. He was so helpful in telling me what the cheapest option would be. I wanted to still spend Sunday night looking for the naturalization papers, but no luck. I woke up at 5 am on Monday (11/3) to order from fastpassportcenter. I ended up choosing the 5-7 days. Within 1 hr, [Name] sent me the checklist and fedex label. Sent husband to take passport pictures at Wallgreen's. I must have gone through the check list at least 10 times to make sure I got everything. I knew I only have 1 chance to get it right. I got all my husband stuff to FedEx by Monday noon Utah time. By Tuesday 9:00 AM I received notification from my tracker that they received it. Wednesday I email [Name] to confirm that my paperwork got turned into the Houston Passport Agency, he responded quickly. By Saturday, I checked and found that my check was not cashed yet, made we wonder if my paperwork was turned in. Monday morning (11/10) I called [Name] and asked about the check not being cashed. He was patience and tracked it down and assured that the passport application was turned in (cashed check finally showed up Monday night). Tuesday morning I got a FedEx tracking number. Today is Wednesday (11/12) noon and I just got my husband's passport. We are leaving Saturday morning! The last 10 days has been so stressful not knowing if my husband was going to be able to come with me and the kids on this wonderful vacation. I would upgrade to the faster method (3-4 days for $50 more) the next time so I can sleep better a few more nights. So thankful for [Name], he took all my concerns serious and was very responsive to all my questions. You can really count on this company to deliver!

They are the best ,cheapest and the fastest passport service you can think of received my passport in 2 business days included memorial day. Just wanted to say thanks to DAVID and his crew.

I have used several agents for passport and visas. Fast Passport Center is the best. Whatever question I have, they are always there to help. Whether I call them or send emails to them, they are very quick to respond. Compared to other places, they provide top level services, but with affordable fees.
I needed an immediate passport, however, almost all post offices were reserved to a month later. It is finally solved with David's help. Definitely will come back if needed in the future.

I needed a passport fast. I was told by everyone to cancel my trip because there was not enough time. That is everyone except Fast Passport Center. They said I would have it in time. I leave for my trip tomorrow and the passport is in my hand. David is the person who helped me and the service was awesome. It could not have been a better experience. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a passport.

I was in a jam.....I looked online to find a passport expeditor and there was so many - but Fast Passport Center had the best combination of price and positive reviews...so I rolled the dice - and couldn't be happier!!!! David was AWESOME!! It was so cool to deal with an actual person and not just put your faith in cyberspace. I had a lot of questions about the process for my 17 year old son (not quite a man, yet not quite a child and there are different rules!) - He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. THEN I realized that I needed the passport a few days sooner than I originally thought - and he was right there to help me -- turns out I got the passport delivered this morning - a full TWO DAYS before I needed it! Woo Hoo - no more stress - now I can just pack and go! :)

Shipped my forms to them on 11/26 using 5-7 business day turnaround service and had my passports by 12/5, even with Thanksgiving in between. This was a last minute decision to take my Nephew along with us to Mexico, we realized that we had only 8 days to get him a passport. As anyone would immediately think, can this really be done?

He sent me an e mail stating that he would be in constant touch with us until we received the passport; hesitant again, happily we were wrong again.

David Donovan with Fast Passport Center was incredibly helpful and so patient with me! Our son, who was graduating from high school, was given the gift of going with his friends to the Bahamas, but our son didn't have a passport and the group left in less than a week! David walked me through the whole process and would personally answer the phone when I called him with additional questions. We first started the process on Monday and we had his passport delivered on Friday of that same week. I realized a week before my trip to Germany that my passport was expired. After calling in a panic, Kelly calmed me down and helped me get my documents together. I still can't believe they got my passport renewed so quickly. Amazing service!
