Needing to sell property rapidly can start from a negative experience and feeling pressured. The team at Fast Sale Today were at all times supportive, they were sympathetic while remaining focused and professional in guiding me every step of the way through the process required to sell the house within the agreed timescale. I won't deny that it was at times daunting but the team was there with me always with advice, help and support and turned the experience from a negative starting point to a positive outcome.

Having been disappointed by numerous time wasters on the sale of our property, we were pleased to find that Fast Sale Today offer professional and courteous services from the beginning to the end of the sale of our property to them.
We were initially sceptical about the standard of service to expect from them, however, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed with which our property was purchased by Fast Sale Today.

Just sold my house with this company and i am incredibly impressed with how efficient and professional the service was.
Shannon was great and always very helpful when i phoned keeping me informed of how things were getting on. From the time i agreed on an offer it only took 11 days until the money was in my bank account.

I accepted an offer of 96k for my property from this company Leah was very helpful.
Williiam h brown estate agents valued the property & this reduced to 80k. When I questioned this with Ed the company director.
They based this on the properties in the area, however no other bungalows in the area
Bungalow few doors away sold for 120k in march 2015 & Ed looked at houses sold for 80-90k which was not a market comparison in 2013 & 2014
William H Brown had previously carried out an ind pendent market appraisal October 2016 & this was 125k, we used 4 other estate agents who all came back between 125-115k
I questioned how this had reduced by 45k however the company did not want to know
William h brown could not explain how this had reduced by 45k in a few months
I asked them again if I put it on the market with them would it go on at 80k & they said no
Fast sales were Only interested if I would accept a lower offer.
They were not interested if William h brown had their figures wrong,
I rang William h brown to discuss this with them & they had been told not to discuss anything regarding the report they have wrote
Stay well clear of this company.
No doubt they will respond with the normal that they pay the costs of £300 for a valuation & cover the costs
Normal crap reply but they fail to tell you that they will try to rip you off.
I'm all for them making a profit however shocking behaviour of 45k profit
Far from a reputable company I thought I was dealing with
Very underhand & disgusting behaviour.
I am not desperate to sell to any company who works in this manner. I will be reporting this through matter the property ombudsman as I still have the market appraisal from William h brown.

I'd just like to point out that I have not lied in any of my comments that I have wrote.
There are no other properties/ bungalows on this street for sale at 100k
Whilst you used an independent estate agent to value this & they advised 80k
This same company William h brown & same person might I add also carried out the same independent price on this property in October 2016 & valued at 125k.
It speaks for itself !

Good company to affect a fast house sale, I had a rental house I wanted to sell on quickly so I could invest in another project, I obviously didn't receive as great a yield but it was painless and I still made a good return, would do it again with other properties.

I rung 3 companys a local one in cardiff thinking local knowledge would b better no reply national Homebuyer a joke and this company wow how easy was that 3 wks a good offer I knew it would not be market value but a good offer it was contracts drawn up Sent out by courier exchanges made money into bank very good communication with phone call and e mails most days would use them again well done

We have just completed on a house owned by Fast Sale Today. Andy Baxter and I realised very quickly it was much easier to deal with each other rather than the estate agent who generally didnt have a clue. Having been an estate agent in the past myself, at first I was apprehensive about dealing directly with the seller but I have no doubt that if we hadnt kept in close contact with each other throughout, this difficult sale would have fallen at the first hurdle. I have recently sold my property I wanted a quick sale and that is what I got under4 weeks. Honest company who tell you as it is. excellent communication, I would especially like to thank Shannon Estoe for helping me with her expert knowledge over the phone and email. and keeping me up to date along the process. overall I would say the service I received was excellent they tailored a package to suit my personal needs.so thank you

We approached this company to sell our house quickly and spoke with Daniel. He said based on the house across the road selling at £105k he would offer us £87k. We had the valuer in from their Estate Agent who valued the house at £95k so the offer was reduced to £70k because the market in our area wasn't good and people weren't looking. After the survey they came back with £65k and we refused as we were not giving the house away. We took on the task of selling on the market ourselves worrying from the negativity we had heard off "Ed" the boss, who sucked air a lot, that we might have to wait months to sell our house as the market was so bad in the North East!!! Well let me tell you Purple Bricks valued our home at £95k and when we told them to put it on the market for £80k for a quick sale they said we were mad! In 4 days we had 5 views and 3 offers. In 4 days we sold our house for £83k a lot better than giving it away for £65k and what a response for a bad market. Trust me go with someone other than these guys, at least Turpin wore a mask.

In response to the reply from Fast Sale Today, fees were minimal with Purple Bricks and less than £1700 in total so we are still quids in with our sale even though we dropped the price ourselves by £15k.

Great company to use. Fully communicated the whole way through. Very co operative and supported us with our move and new property. Thoroughly recommend using this company. Very quick and simple process

Found Fast SaleToday on internet and the whole process from first contact to sale was just about two weeks. I was kept in the picture the whole time by telephone and once the price had been agreed the whole process went very quickly and smoothly. Would have no qualms about using them again if the same circumstances arose again.

Kept informed on a daily basis. Would recommend to anyone, a very good service throughout.

Managed to sell 2 properties within the time scale given, give or take a couple of weeks as I had tenants in both properties so notices had to be served.
All done with the help of the whole team, any questions I had answered quickly and in terms I understood step by step if needed.
