Fast Sale were wonderful, from start to finish and this review comes with high recommendations. I must commend their staff who are well chosen. The Company and Staff are thoroughly professional and precise, at all times always respectful and polite.

From the initial telephone call to a very nice young man ' Thomas Rowe' who was very attentive and polite and has a lovely speaking voice over the telephone. Thomas Bedder was also very nice, bright manner and professional, very helpful.

Shannon was Superb and very pleasant with great patience, answering all our questions with ease and expertise. Thank you Shannon for guiding us through everything, you were amazing and so helpful, brilliant and very organised. You are a great asset to Fast Sale.

They delivered on that promise and if you're in the situation where a fast cash sale is the right way forward then I would recommend them wholeheartedly. They are transparent about their valuation process and the discount they will apply, and at all stages there is an openness and clarity about the process.
This is not the route for everyone, and you will have to counter whether you want speed of transaction or you want to maximise your sale price (while factoring in the fact that they will pick up all fees), but I am very happy with the service I received and the deal we reached.

I was a bit sceptical of using such a service at first, but from my first phone call through to the money being transferred to the bank I was kept informed and updated on every occasion. I knew I would receive less money for the house than the market value, but Fast Sale Direct offered me more than a few of the other companies I tried. Would I use them again. A definate Yes and without hesitation. The service was fast, friendly and very efficient.
