So amazing, somehow in the great weird world of the Internet I logged onto my screenflow which I use commonly and have done for more than a decade and was locked out with my serial number gone. Within 24 hours fast spring had reunited me with my serial number and I am good to go. Thank you so much fast spring you have been utterly supportive and amazing.

I downloaded an app on the Apple App Store which was supposed to be a 7 day free trial but straight away they took £65.63 out of my bank account plus it was set up as a recurring payment so please be very aware of this if dealing with this company
