These folks are the pay portal, not the seller. I didn't understand that and sent a message to customer support asking for more information about the product, They explained who they were, but offered to help me find an email address for the sellers. They certainly didn't need to do that. It was not something required by their service, but they did it anyway. It was an "above and beyond" experience.

I was charged 4 times for a total of $257.65 for services or subscriptions that I never authorized and I have been trying to reach any one at the company for help in getting the fraud charges Reversed and have not heard back I want my money in the next 24 hours

I use fastspring for about 12 years now I believe. Don't be alarmed as a business owner by the many negative reviews you see here. The problem for Fastspring and reviews is that they act as a merchant of record, meaning users are technically buying from them. But if a company using Fastspring messes up the API or implementation and has multiple subscriptions for example, then customers think it's Fastspring messing up. For me as a European business that has clients all over the world, Fastspring simplifies things. Yes Stripe is cheaper, but you'll have to handle your own taxes. Also taxes are lower if you do it yourself, because you have to reach a certain threshold for each country, which if you are not too big are not reaching. But it's very cumbersome to keep track of all that. I prefer to pay a little bit more and have zero headaches. I have a few friends that also do some international business and their bookkeepers don't always fully understand or report the right taxes in each country, which got them into troubles. Support was a little bit faster/better before, but in my opinion if you know who to reach, the support is much more personal than any support I would ever have at Stripe for example. I know with stripe I would be just a number. If you prefer an easy solution, with zero headaches about taxes, generating invoices, refunds etc, then I can highly recommend Fastspring.

Contacted FastSpring support because my address needed to be updated and that couldn't be done through the company that provides my subscription. Within 30 minutes a support team member sent a very friendly e-mail and had taken care of my request. Great experience!

Needed a VAT refund, after submitting the form, support got back to me very promptly and with clear document requests. After providing the said documents, support processed the case very very quickly and painlessly and processed the refund the very next day. I purchased a "MixingStation" license product, most likely I clicked too fast w/o detailed reading and purchased for the correct brand but probably the wrong type.
