WORST COURIER EVER!!!! HANG UPS ON THE PHONE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Apparently they don't like being told Where a SAFE place to leave items is and the sarcastic voice I got telling ME to Listen... They DON'T read instructions. All they want is to sit on their bums in the offices and play games on their phones.. NO CUSTOMER.. NO BUSINESS!!!!!!! Covid ISN'T the reason you have delays.. Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Parcel consisting of 2 boxes dispatched from New Plymouth 8 December. One box arrived in Auckland 22 December damaged, the other box yet to arrive. Receive nothing but false promises and lies from this company
While writing this I finally get the bad news that they leave lost my second parcel. How they could loose a desk is beyond me!
Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Why even have delivery instructions if your couriers just ignore them and leave the package outside in the open for all to see.
Had my case closed on me twice without the courtesy of a real person responding to the complaint either time.
What could have been resolved very quickly with an acknowledgement of the issue and apology has turned into a complete circus of an experience.
Still willing to let bygones be bygones if an actual CSR would respond to the case with an email. Not holding my breath right now.

I’ve had a parcel sitting in the Cromwell depot for 10 days and still not been delivered. It was picked up in Nelson and took two days to get to Cromwell and so far 10 days to get 50km down the road to Queenstown. You get no response to emails,
They are still taking parcels even though they can’t keep up with demand. How about stopping and delivering what you have before accepting more - the pure greed
Aramex Dunedin -customer service
Aramex Dunedin -delivered a parcel to the wrong address based on what GPS stated was the address without even checking the letter box number and the customer support person had the audacity to tell me not to start an argument. I have had parcels delivered by aramex to the address for the last few years and very recently with nil issues. If it was an error, accept it instead of telling the receiver not to argue. I would not put Aramex as such down but the person who handled the 'CUSTOMER CARE' call who sounded arrogant and dismissive!!!

Bought a 20kg workout bar via afterpay with 'lee warehouse' on the 9th November picked up by aramex on the 12th November.. no problem so far then... now it's just been sitting in their warehouse since and no REAL explanation on when delivery will be, just a bunch of excuses of delayed delivery and just be patient and delivery will be asap , Well it's now 7th of December now so nearly 1 month and still no sight of any delivery of my workout bar, the reason why I used the courier service because it wouldn't fit in my car being 2.2 metre long SO I thought it would be the ideal option to have it delivered, MAN I was so wrong and when I did ring I was getting Philippine call centre telling me that they would email Auckland depot , I can understand 2 weeks late delivery but one whole month west Auckland to their depot in central Auckland , it just seems No one wanted to do the delivery and just fob it off to someone else to do , very frickin disappointing but what can I do , I just have to wait AGAIN and Hope it gets delivered before friday this week or earlier 🤬. and that was my rant .. hope no one goes through what I did with a Auckland to Auckland delivery, but it seems there are multiple bad feedback and been waiting longer than me and I am just one of many.. very poor service.

Pb tech use this to send my purchase, haven’t received 2 weeks. Give their custom surveys call 3 days. Every time they keep saying next day will deliver to you. Useless.
Almost 3 Months of nothingness...
Order shipped on the 26th of October, it is now the 23rd of November, no phone is answered, every email for parcel updates or help gets closed as "solved" almost immediately, this is an absolute joke, store I purchased off gets the same run around.
Update @December 7th, threatened that this was now effectively theft, no response, no delivery etc and I got a bland go away message back saying item is lost and to talk to who I bought it from.

Shipment picked up 9th now the 22nd.They have no scans showing after pickup.Shipment only had to travel 1hr away to destination.Fastways or now Aramax are worse then useless.
Once Again They Ignore Instructions
Once again a parcel delivered was left in our mailbox instead of the designated secure drop off place. It clearly states on the parcel "Parcel To Be Left At......." and yet they continue to leave the parcels in the mailbox, in the base of the mailbox or one time the 2 parcels were too big for the mailbox so they were left on the driveway under the mailbox. We live on a busy street and also next to public access alleyways!
So much for door to door service!
Worst courier “Service” ever
This has got to be the worst courier “service” I’ve ever used. No way to contact anyone, will not answer any online tickets that you are told to contact them via, lack of tracking updates, no communication the list goes on. I have personally had an urgent over night delivery from hawks bay bound for Auckland sent to Nelson and is now still 2 weeks late and another package from Wellington to Auckland is undelivered and hasn’t had an update for nearly 50 days.

Worst courier in NZ. Takes forever to get from point A to B if you are lucky. All Auckland customer calls get diverted to an offshore team that at best can offer you a weather update. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
Worst courier service on the planet
2 weeks since it was picked up and no update on parcel's whereabouts let alone a delivery. Tried calling but end up in an endless loop in their phone system or directed to a voicemail that is too full to take any more messages. I'm not surprised. Avoid Aramex and any company using them like the plague.

I would rate my experience with Aramex zero stars if I could as yet to receive delivery of medical supply package despite package arriving in NZ over a month ago. Their incompetence is matched by their blatant lies as staff have continually advised "we have the package and it will be delivered tomorrow". Aramex NZ's shareholders & staff should be embarrassed by their service. I will never use Aramex NZ again nor would I use a supplier who couriers through Aramex NZ.

2nd delivery by a Fastway RED courier...(Parcel still sitting here after Fastway was informed about a week or so ago!!!...ON IT THE tracking # FJ0006211722)...The correct address to be delivered to should have been: 12 DRUMCONNELL DRIVE FLAT BUSH AUCKLAND).....instead it is still sitting by the door(on the inside)at 12 Dromoland Drive Flat Bush, Auckland!!!???..Please Please Fastway RED...come collect this parcel and correct your MISTAKE!!!!

Edit: finally arrived after threatening to go the legal route for possible theft or loss.
Took over a month to arrive. No apology, no contact.
