(Poor Service)Terrible, ordered an expensive blu ray…

Terrible ,i ordered an expensive blu ray player over $250 item was sent in good order,arrived all damaged on the corners badly dented. Hope they will fix this by giving me some compensation....company not recommended at all !!! If there were no star rating option i wouldve given them that....Cmon fastway/aramex get your ducks in a row !!!

Not recommended.

Their tracking system says the package was sent down to a Wellington depot from Auckland, but no progress for two weeks after that. Even made an online inquiry but no response. I’ve managed to speak to the staff over the phone and I was advised to ask for a refund claim. Apparently the package’s gone missing but no one has did anything about it until I rang up them which was 3 weeks after that the package was processed at the depot. And the way the staff talked was very casual and I’ve got the impression missing goods happens frequently.
I don’t recommend this company at all.

Appalling service

Appalling service! Tried all day to find out where a parcel was, that was supposed to be with me days ago. Not once could I reach a person to talk to. The lines were continuously busy. I will never use this company again. The parcel is too late now. My parcel was required for a charity event. I cannot believe the absolutely diabolical service and utter incompetence of this courier company!

absolutley useless orderd a package off trademe that on the tracking said was sent on a tuesday come friday evening still no package and no update on tracking its only coming from auckland to wellington i conctacted the seller and they told me it should of been overnight i needed this for saturday but instead had to get a refund from seller as who knows when it will turn up if it even turns up at all i will never order from someone again thay uses this joke of a company avoid them at all costs save yourself the headache

Hastings Driver A Bright Light

The courier driver for our area, Krishneel, is great. Always friendly and smiling (the Post Haste guy is perpetually grumpy), and always drives up the drive and beeps the horn to let me know he is there (the Courier Post and DHL guys just crams things in the mail box at the end of the drive and take off). Of all the couriers that work our area, our lovely driver is continuing the high standard of personal service we have always gotten from Aramax/Fastway drivers - a bright light against the abysmal point-of-delivery service that has become so prevalent in the courier industry these days. Thank you :)

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. They should delivery on 10 September. Two days later still nothing. But they send already confirmetion esturday about delivery was successful ☹️

Excellent service from Amarex / Fastway
Ordered a 400$ item on Tuesday morning, picked up in Tauranga the same morning and delivered with a smile the next morning in Auckland, 24h overnight.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I am very happy with their service. A+

Wanganui fastway is sick and twisted

Wanganui fastway is run by a self centred disgusting heartless lazy person. Rung to ask what time on a Saturday does the Hamilton truck come in to which I get a reply in a horrible tone if it’s not in the Saturday crate it will Monday to which I replied ok I will ring and make sure it is!! He had decided then and there that he was going to be the most difficult human this parcel was an animal treatment and was needed urgently I rung the supplier and also Hamilton fastway and all said it will be there Saturday! Saturday comes and my husband walks in and he looks at him and said it not here!! After harsh words I went in and after this disgusting man told me it wasn’t there and he’d done all the Saturday run and we wouldn’t get it till Monday I questioned him and asked why he was been so difficult told him it was an animal treatment needed urgently to which I get the reply get me $7 cash and you can have it!! Because I was desperate for the package I gave him the $7 and I got the parcel the parcel that he said wasn’t there what kind of sick head twisting games was this man trying to play!! I had paid delivery already and the parcel was to be picked up from depot but this unhuman heartless disgusting person made me pay $7 for him to get off his fat ass and get the box!!!! If anyone wants evidence I recorded the entire conversation and the worst was the sick twisted person that did this was the male owner of the wanganui fastway branch!!!!!!

Fastway don't give a toss about their customers.

Fastway don't give a toss about their customers. They don't deserve even one star.
Why? When contacting them by phone they begin with a BS message about "how important your call is to them" followed by "You're in the queue". They deliberately avoid telling you how long the queue is and where you are in it; then bombard you with the same stupid music - over and over, until you die of old age.

When signing in to create a Fastway account, the password limitations and requirements are not clearly stated. If you use a good safe password, it is rejected when you try to log in.

Fastway reeks of decay and negligence.

Lost in Transit

It has been 2 days since my (perishable) parcel has been picked up in Auckland - delivery address Taupo.
Parcel is in transit between Auckland and Nelson, is what they tell me. They admit they have no idea where it actually is. Worst company to deal with for customer service and reliability.

Bloody useless this company is not good I received my package and it was broken and they said it was indorse and then I signed for it , but it was a trick saying since I signed for it.so they are saying cause they broke I tv i wasn't allowed to receive my pascil as well, broke my TV and tricked me out of fixing it

Awful service in Auckland

I've had multiple bad experiences with fastway couriers in Auckland. On two separate occasions they have stated that a delivery was attempted, however we were home both times. Awful service: business owners please use a different courier service for your customers.

Courier pick up 5 days late and counting.

Booked the courier to pick up my package on Friday. They never showed up. The driver apparently marked the package as being picked up even though it was sitting right in front of me. Customer service promised they would send someone immediately. They never showed up. The customer service rep then said someone would be there Saturday to pick up the package, but when they failed to show up, we were informed that they don't actually have any drivers working Saturdays. Its now Tuesday night. Every day so far this week they have promised pick up by 5pm, and yet still nothing. You'd think they'd tell their driver to pick our package up first, since they are now 5 days late, but they don't seem to care. The customer service people don't seem to care about the issue we are having.

Hi I had to press one star in order to write a review my experience with these couriers terrible still haven't received my package they said delivery man left it in pathway at door but I never received it couldn't phone them as there is no number emailed them on numerous occasions no reply ended up writing a letter to see were my parcel was as I hadn't received it I was told it was left at door nonoe knocked the door as my husband never leaves the house said they put it in a safe place when they said in an email it was left at door still haven't got my parcel over six weeks it vanished and they told me to get in touch with who I purchased it off it wasn't their problem terrible service

I’d give less if I could

I’d give less if I could. Twice they’ve left my package ON TOP of my letterbox. I live next door to a cafe on a busy street but it’s also susceptible to rain and high winds in Wellington. I’m not sure why the driver couldn’t open a simple lid on the letterbox and place inside. This is the second time in a month this has happened, complained to Fastway but no reply. Never using again.

Package left out in the rain.

Package left out in the rain by our front door, exposed to the footpath and the weather. A note, clearly visible on the front door, asks couriers to leave parcels at the back door in a plastic bin. Beyond poor. I will stick with NZP Couriers!

Fastpost - What a joke!

Parcel was collected by courier in North Taranaki on the 16th, arrived in Chch depot on the 18th, Now it is the evening of the 23rd and they still haven't managed to get it to an urban address in Kaiapoi. emailed two days ago - no response and tried to phone today. After 38 minutes of waiting with messages saying your call is important to us and please wait I gave up. I don't advise anyone to use this business - I had no choice. I can see why they are changing their name from Fastway - false advertising right there. I wish I knew the contact details so I could complain to head office.
