Terrible

Terrible, untrustworthy, disappointment, painfully slow, unprofessional. Just a few words to describe Fastway/Aramex. They are operating out there with zero idea on how to conduct themselves. A pack of headless chickens. Do not under any circumstances trust this company.

Dismal service

Terrible, had an 800 dollar parcel coming, when I arrived home they left in on the foot path beside the fence in the pouring rain...super smart people..!

Ok where to start!

Ok where to start!! 2nd time this has happened but from different stores.

Why the hell are the customer service team offshore???

They have had my package for 10 days holding it in the Auckland Problem Team please contact. 2days after they pucked my goods up i rang taking 1hr minimum to answer the phone and to only get a "i will send a message to our onshore team" its a real p!$$ off.... then extra 5days go by no one is getting back to me. They wont talk to me when i went to the hugo johnson depot about my package.

I checked with briscoes and the address and everything is correct. Rang them again yesterday coz the same message came up again after 1hr 12mins waiting to yet again speak to another lady who couldnt understand me properly who told me i need to wait and she will send another message to the onshore team. Pick up was in Auckland - Delivery was in Auckland, seriously how hard is that!!! If you cant deliver it ring the number that is on the package and i will pick it up!!!

The voice message yous have promoting the company while waiting for someone to just answer the phone is all rubbish.

Day 10: Briscoes tried to help me out after waiting 1hr 28mins they were told the same thing and they replaced the item i brought and used courierpost upon my request who delivered it the next day NO PROBLEMS!!!!!

Anything i order online i will be asking what company they use to ensure they dont use yous at all......

Fastway Masterton is excellent

Fastway Masterton is excellent. Many years using with nothing but good to say. I cannot comment on different areas.

My experience same as others - BAD

My experience same as others. Currently the site says package out with rural network. After 5 days I submitted form to ask where it was. It took them 3 days to send my the stock email (5pm Friday) saying they might do something to escalate the problem to rural network after it is overdue 4 days. It had already been missing 9 days by then. They obviously don't care.

Now there is no way to contact them because there is already one inquiry logged for that tracking number.

I'll find other ways to contact them and vent. If this is the default courier for TradeMe sellers I'll also forward complaint to them, they at least have some power over these deceptionists.

Excuses

Ordered off two different websites at the same time on the same day 27th april 1 package was nzpost overnight the other was fastpost overnight both from and delivered to Auckland addresses ... received nz post parcel on 29th been told to expect my fastway parcel next week 4th April onwards. Yeah I don’t think using covid19 is a good excuse for poor service

been waiting for parcel since 24th yesterday 29th at 8.32am it said with courier for delivery hello its the frecking 30th today still no parcel im sorry we maybe in level 3 with this covid your courier service is far the slackest why anyone uses this company is beyond me what a joke fastwat couriers

How bad is BAD

Been waiting for a parcel sent on the 17/04. This company is using covid19 as an excuse for really bad service. While there are delays from all companies up to a couple of days this companies is simply horrid. They don't respond to their web forms. As useful a courier service as a 'chocolate fire guard' would be. Really I am lost for words that would describe more fully this companies ability at being a courier. Extinction would be a good result

The most USELESS couriers!

The most USELESS, LAZY, UNORGANISED “couriers” in New Zealand.
Constantly having issues, be it delivery, feed back or leaving parcels!
Two different stories, with one parcel.
Can’t even remember delivery, or delivery to the wrong address. Rule number one, READ ADDRESS’S properly.

And again they are useless same thing has happend I really needed this parcel to be delivered as i paid for same day delivery and nothing aramax/fastways u guys have no idea how crap ur company is I'll be using courier post from now on fast ways useless company!!

One of the worst businesses I have ever seen in NZ

I have booked a fastway (now called Aramex) courier service through Trade Me after I sold the item the day before (Tue 03/03/20). I selected a pick-up date available: Wed 04/03/20 8:00-5:00. However, nobody came to pick-up yesterday, there was no contact to my phone I provided either (I was working from home all day anyway). The item has been sitting by the front door which I instructed for more than 1.5 day by now. I had the same problem recently (no pick-up within the offered date) so I rang the Wellington Depot today just before 11am. After about 10 minutes waiting queue a lady answered and I mentioned my item still not picked up. However, she gave me no apologies and started dealing with me like a kid! She checked and searched something holding the line (without saying "please" again), then she told me that SHE (I think she meant the driver) was there, but nothing to pick-me-up!! I replied her that I am standing in front of the door now, and the item is still here. Her reaction was that she said if I spoke like that she would hung up. YES, she finished the phone enquiry without sorting anything. I have no idea if they still come or not. I was left behind with my phone. Is Trade Me able to refund me the courier money back to me straight away? I can't stand their poor business. I used to be happy with their service (a driver was very reliable to pick-up), but not anymore (apparently Wellington Depot has been deteriorating their business since around a half years ago). I found heaps of bad reviews about fastway which include Trade Me sellers like me. My trader (buyer) is waiting in Auckland to receive the item. The buyer must have received the tracking number already too which is still pending as the result of the poor quality of service. Delivery time is supposed to be 1-3 days according to Trade Me courier booking system. Mostly fastway is slightly cheaper than NZ post, but it doesn't make sense if customers have to contact them directly to chase up their offered service which they can't keep promises. I am really wasting of my time. I have just emailed Trade Me about the poor service we are offered to use. I really need an effective help from Trade Me as I have been ignored by the courier company which I paid for without the service I should receive.

Update after the phone enquiry which was hung up by the operator:
I have just noticed the fact. The courier company fastway updated the tracking system, which says "your parcel was picked up 05/03/20 11:00:19." This is absolutely a lie, the item is still here in front of the door. That's the time I was speaking with them! Now I can't even use "submit online enquiry" though tracking system, as the screen says "An enquiry already exists for this label." What should I do? My buyer will trust the tracking details. Is Fastway going to ruin my trade?

Further update:
it can be a nightmare. They updated the tracking system again around 4pm today. "Your parcel is currently in transit between our 'Wellington' and 'Auckland' depots." despite the fact that the item is still here in front of the door at my place. They even haven't picked up the item and their tracking system is telling the customers lies 🤥. Unfortunately, I am dealing with one of the worst companies in NZ... I may have to rearrange a different courier such as NZ courier with my extra cost, as I have no trust with Aramex (former fastway). It will take way more time to reach the buyer than we were notified by Trade Me. I'm furious 😡. Has anyone contacted Fair Go??

I think that Fastway couriers have very poor service and that they dont even try to Rectify the problem I will no be using them again and will contact my suppliers not to you them at all

Fraudulent

Fraudulent, they do not use their actual names when you call, so you cannot track their lack of service.

Tony their courier, is fraudulent , impatient, a liar. Presses the intercom like a maniac, then gone, he OFTEN does not even give time to answer. Then he failed to deliver to door due to disability, as requested.
This is NOT a delivery company, is only fraudulent people up to no good, who do NOT listen and cannot repeat back to you what you ask them to do. They should not be employing people who can't speak English, do NOT communicate and are so slow they do nothing.

How do you smash the top off a bottle…

How do you smash the top off a bottle of wine wrapped securely and labelled as fragile? I’m not sure but the team at Fastway have done it twice in a row now. At least they responded to our emails... oh wait scratch that. It was a generic email to say our package hadn’t been delivered yet. Some form of apology or compensation would be appropriate.

Absolutely horrible delivery company

Absolutely horrible delivery company. Customer service team is yapping and not listening to one bit. No empathy whatsoever. They bluntly lied to me they tried to deliver but I wasn't at home. Lied to me several times they'll call me back. I don't even know when my parcel will be delivered although I've paid overnight courier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
