DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The worst service ever experienced from any company. They’ve had my parcel since the 27th December and it’s now 31st and still not been delivered. I was promised that it would be delivered today, called them over 5 times to see where the parcel was. I’ve been promised call backs which I never received, I’ve asked to talk with a manager and they said they are busy - each time I asked they where unavailable. Poor service, poor representatives who don’t even apologise. DO NOT USE THEM.

I’ve wasted time on the phone, with long silences from representatives who don’t know what they are doing. Over promise, never deliver and total lack of empathy.

Training needs to be improved, responsibility taken and I’m still waiting for my bloody parcel! It’s been with you for 5 whole days and you’ve not delivered it to me!

THE WORST!!!!

It’s a shame I have to give 1 Star

It’s a shame I have to give 1 Star; they don’t deserve to rate that high.

If you want reliable service, don’t use this company! My item has been “onboard for delivery” for the last 5 days. Phoning them is a waste of time, they just make promises that they can’t keep, they also don’t seem to respond to their online enquiry system.

overnight is a joke. The package is in the courier van since 6:42 am but will only be delivered on the next day. Perhaps he is doing so many coffee brakes

Very nice when you speak on the phone…

Very nice when you speak on the phone but no one can sort out any issues. was meant to have an invoice sent out to me on Monday and still have not received it so hence goods have not been picked up. Very unhappy about the service and would not use again. Have made phone contact 3 times since Monday and sent 3 emails and issue not sorted

1st impression doesnt matter to them

They said first impression matters, unfortunately, my first impression (and first ever experience) with this company is a really bad one! Booked a courier for trade me item, arrange for a pickup today (8am-5pm -that's technically the whole working day!). Got so many other IMPORTANT things to do but instead, in the end just wasting my time waiting for them that never came. Upon googling, i found this review site. My bad, I should've google 1st before using this company's service. Anyway, this will be the 1st and last time be using their service (if the are any btw..).

Just one of the conversations with my customers of which there are many: Thanks for the understanding and I have A LOT of sympathy for your concern. However, since I came to NZ 6 years ago, I used Posthaste for about three years until I was so fed up with their service, I changed to PBT (after long consultations with them). Needless to say that after another 2 years I again could not take it any more and went with Posthaste (after long and open detailed conversations with them). Now for the past 8 months I have been supporting Fastway spending MANY thousands of dollars with them in 8 months and I am starting to think that it is probably WORSE than where I was. For the past 6 weeks, I have called at least 11 TIMES, send many Emails and left numerous messages for the local manager to contact me as I have a number of queries I need resolved. These were discussed with him, many weeks ago, when I was lucky enough to be able to speak with him and he them promised to resolve the issues with head office and come back to me within a few days as he did not know how to resolve these by himself. Needless to say I have had NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER from FASTWAY.

During the past few weeks, over and above the queries I already had, I have had various parcels damaged, late deliveries, etc, BUT YOU CANNOT TALK WITH FASTWAY. There is no way you can speak to a Head Office or National Manager of any sorts either as they do not list their details (hiding somewhere suppose)

PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO GO ??????

1. I didnt realise you send with Fastway. Maybe worth mentioning that on your auction, as to be honest I would not have purchased had I realised it was them.   Fastway are notoriously useless, slow and expensive! 
2.  Unfortunately the bleedin courier, somewhere along the way must have dropped something on it. They left it in the front door porch and didn't knock to let us know it was there, the creep!
3. Hi there, thanks, the eggs arrived promptly however, the box was squashed and most of the eggs were crushed or broken.  Think there may be 4 salvageable but hard to tell.
Not your fault, you packaged.them very carefully.   Fast ways again! 
4. Thanks eggs arrived today. Unfortunately 3 broken, assuming they just threw the box around.

Fastway broke expensive limited edition item during delivery, declines refund

Fastway broke my limited edition statue during delivery & declined my refund despite proof of more than adequate packaging and before and after photos of the product before being shippecd. Now am left with a worthless item originally worth hundreds, not happy with the handling of their products they must throw the items around to cause damages like that.

booked a fastway courier through trade…

booked a fastway courier through trade me on Sunday Dec 1st as of Friday Dec 6th it is yet to be collected.
Complained to fastway, they did not seem concerned.

Hopeless courier company, I will never use them again

I will give them a zero if there was a choice.
Pathetic service, its been 9 days and my parcel has not been delivered.
Customer service is somewhere overseas - they don't understand English and very hard to understand them.

Please please don't use this provider ever.

How is this company still in business

How is this company still in business? Probably thanks to the staff that answers the phone (they are really helpful). To all CI people and change experts out there, this is a good challenge for you! I'm guessing processes are inexistent and onboarding/training isn't even a thing in there. Really hoping that the Aramex acquisition will change things. Those guys couldn't find water in the ocean

Badly named company

Badly named company, should be called Slowway.
My parcel has now sat in Auckland for 4 days on a 2 to 3 day delivery, still no progress, online enquiry doesn't work and phone staff are unable to help.

Do not use this company

I am so deeply disappointed. The details were clearly stated in the form for a pick up and have never had any other problems with the Trade me pick up service until this parcel pick up.

I will not consider ever using Fastway again whether it is through the Trade Me service or directly and I will not be recommending it to anyone or to any business I am connected with in the future.

It has been a deeply distressing situation since my client was waiting for the parcel and I didn’t have any indication it was or in this case received until I contacted Fastway.

Overall, Fastway is a company that cannot be trusted and referred to and I am upset with how this has been handled and completed.

like all the others here, i do have found this company very bad. item collected on the 5th, its now the 11th and still showing as "picked up" ive rung the wellington branch and christchurch branch only to be told that they will "look into it" no calls back, no emails, open ticket still nothing. its only going from wellington to christchurch. please use NZ post, dont use these muppets

I ordered a kitchen aplillance from briscoes got home from work had a calling card in my letterbox jumped on line to organise a redelivery didn’t get delivered on the redelivery day rang the following morning and asked why it hadn’t been redelivered her response was oh we haven’t got time to redeliver parcels as we are in the busy period being Xmas what a cop out she told me that we are open Saturday morning from 8 to 10 am to come and collect it I explained to her I haven’t got a car to come and get it she said I will drop it off on my way home from work lunchtime still nothing I doesn’t matter if it’s there busy period or not they should still drop redeliveres off why have a customer redelivery service when you are not going to honor it it is bad bad service upset Gisborne nz customer

Disgusting service something from…

Disgusting service something from Auckland supposed to be here in rotorua yesterday turned up in tauranga still trying to track it down told leaving tauranga this morning ..then told no I well get it tomorrow only small parcel hoping it's not broken .. remind me not to use your service as I send lot of parcels to aussie ..but this was sent from person in Auckland .....wanted this asap as have to send on to Wellington not with your company .Have sent many parcels to australia with no problems but not with your company ..
