I ordered a size 12 but when I picked it up in store the top was too big, however when I took it back the gentleman was really helpful and luckily there was a size 10 in stock which was great

The pick of the order was really easy…
The pick of the order was really easy however i found it inconvenient that i could not return the item to the store and i had to send it back. Haven’t heard about my refund yet.

XXL perfect fit
Tried on jacket in store, surprisingly the XL was a bit neat. No XXLs in store, so ordered one online. It did take a wee bit longer than I thought to either ve delivered at store or for store to advise me it was in. But once email received, on going into store, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Allowed me to try it on and once happy, offered a bag, but happy to utilise the delivery bag.
