Visited the Ambleside store on Sunday…
Visited the Ambleside store on Sunday 7th August 2022. We were served by Emma and Anne, they were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, tried on a few outfits, Emma was extremely helpful, offering suggestion of different styles and fits, and her knowledge of the brand was superb, Both myself and my two friends bought items, all very pleased with our purchases, Cant wait to visit again - Thanks Emma for all your help - the 3 ladies from Cockermouth.

The AMAZING Emma!
Emma is a breath of fresh air and radiates such positive energy throughout the store. We’ve shopped here 3 times during our current stay in Ambleside. Each time Emma was visible and attentive to all shoppers. She glided through the store offering help and advise. The first time my husband had tried on a t-shirt to go with a pair of shorts he tried and liked. He needed a different size that wasn’t on display and Emma quickly said she’d check upstairs. She did and found the size my husband needed.

Awesome customer service
I had to share my experience today at Fatface Ambleside. Emma was an absolute gem, sourcing me a denim jacket in my size. Nothing was too much trouble, she was going to get me a jacket one way or another. I picked my jacket up from Bowness a few hours later (with 2 sizes reserved so I had a choice). Wearing it now on my night out all thanks to Emma! Recognition for awesome customer service well deserved! Thank you :)

5*treatment yet again from the lovely…
5*treatment yet again from the lovely Emma at Ambleside Fat Face . It's not my nearest shop but I travel there frequently from Blackpool for the excellent service and friendly staff . Nothing is every too much trouble - no matter how busy the shop is. I normally go with one thing in mind and come home with 2 bags full 🙂. Thanks to Emma's help choosing what she thinks will suit me . Oh and she is always bang on 😁.

Lovely Ladies in the shop.
