Very poor customer service in the Ambleside Store. The ‘Crew’ member at the till didn’t acknowledge me when taking payment. Not a hello, please or thank you. Come on Fat Face you can do better. Rather than shopping at my local store next time, I think I’ll go on-line.

We ordered in one of your shops who did not have the required size we were looking for but were told it could be delivered free of charge to oue home. Asked about the sizing, the assistant told us they were generous in the sizing so we ordered a 3xl they did not even offer to show us the size in another product,
We received an email saying due to a 'technical' issue we wouldn't be getting the item and would receive a full refund which we did receive
Went on line and ordered the same said item at a considerable more cost. It arrived and the item is very 'snug' fit to say the least!!
The assistant did not seem very interested in serving us as she was getting a 'queue'
The quality is fine, however overall experience was very disappointing don't think we will be ordering/buying any more of your products

Excellent Customer Service
I visited this store on 30th September. The customer service I received from Emma was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. It was an enjoyable retail experience even though I didn't buy anything. Thank you Emma and the other girls in the shop. You exemplify excellence in customer service.

I have always loved Fat Face & make…
I have always loved Fat Face & make sure I visit their shops when on holiday (we don't have a local store near where I live).Staff are always very helpful....they didn't have our size in store but I was able to order the product online without any hassle or fuss...delivery was quick.

Women’s Sussex Jacket
My Wife wanted a Sussex Jacket but there were non on display. Emma-Jane at Ambleside fetched two from Storeroom and was so helpful. We bought a size 14.

Visited the Ambleside store on Sunday…
Visited the Ambleside store on Sunday 7th August 2022. We were served by Emma and Anne, they were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, tried on a few outfits, Emma was extremely helpful, offering suggestion of different styles and fits, and her knowledge of the brand was superb, Both myself and my two friends bought items, all very pleased with our purchases, Cant wait to visit again - Thanks Emma for all your help - the 3 ladies from Cockermouth.
