Barnstaple Store
I visited the Barnstaple store yesterday to purchase some holiday clothes I had been looking at online but wanted to actually look at. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered help on entering the store, I was able to browse and talk with the assistant who was lovely. I purchased a couple of dresses, t-shirts a sweatshirt and a jacket. The whole experience was pleasant and the assistant Lisa Puig was just lovely she is a credit to your company. I will definitely be returning as there were other items I now think I will purchase. Fatface clothes are simply lovely

I can absolutely say that the staff and service at Fatface Barnstaple is second to none.
I purchased an item early in July which didn’t fit but had lost the receipt. I returned to the store almost 3 weeks later and the staff member couldn’t find an email receipt for me, so called the manager back from her break who searched through all the transactions for that day I’d bought the item and refunded me for the item.
But it’s not all about this above and beyond service, the staff in Fatface Barnstaple are so friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to visit the store

I visited the store late Saturday afternoon. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Greeted as I entered the store but left to peruse at my pleasure. I've been looking to purchase a dress for so long and actually found one I liked, but indecisive of size. Dwain, was absolutely amazing in supporting my decision making, what a patient, friendly and informative man. Genuinely happy to assist. I happily bought the dress and am infact returning to the store today to see if there is perhaps another 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience in the Barnstaple branch. The team were very friendly and welcoming from the second I arrived. Dwain really did go the extra mile to assist me with my shopping. He listened and made me feel at ease, offering help on various outfits for an up and coming special occasion.
