Wonderful inclusive brand
Super easy to navigate site, good stock levels and fabulous sizing availability. Fatface has amazing choice and is really size inclusive which is rare on the high street! Please can we just see this larger sizing in stores?!

I went to Fatface in Bettws y Coed to see if I could get a hoodie or tee shirt
I went to Fatface in Bettws y Coed for a mooch and a walk round and I heard Collette, the assistant, talking to a couple, and after a while she said that they were so good to talk to. I then engaged with Collette and told her that she was a really good retailer as she knew how to chat to people. We then had a good conversation about farmers and British meat. I found her to be very easy to talk to and I would really recommend her as a brilliant retailer, so friendly!

Great products, nice staff, good service from the telephone helpline and the team in Betws y Coed. Was exchanging something for a different size and returning items in store. Thankfully retained my 10% sign-up discount as Fat Face stores are (sadly) quite far away from where I live, but it was a good afternoon out!

Great sale
Went to the Betws y Coed store. Great sale, so easy to shop. The staff are friendly and Collette is always super helpful. I’m excited to see what they put out once the sale has finished.

Comforting dressing gown
I bought a lovely dressing gown from FatFace as a gift for my auntie who's starting cancer treatment very soon. I was looking for a nice quality, warm, snuggly dressing gown that wasn't too long or heavy, I ordered online and it was perfect.
