first time i had done click & collect from store so was nervous but no need to have worried as whole process was slick, quick delivery & staff in store were lovely, kind & helpful. Im very impressed with the great service, thank you

Ordered online to pick up at a local store in Birmingham. Had confirmation through of purchase & was told on it that my item would be instore to collect in a few days. Two weeks passed & I happened to think about the order so popped down & they’d got it but I’d had no email to let me know it’d arrived, then the lady couldn’t find it at the store but ‘eventually’ did.

I love FatFace clothes!
I like FatFace's clothes in general because it looks simple (there's no cropped items or words splayed across the clothes) and it feels good quality too. I feel like there aren't many stores who sell clothes like this anymore because of fast fashion.
So far I have purchased a waterproof coat and a pair of dungarees which I love and have constantly worn because it's so comfortable and practical.
As for the store itself, staff members have always been helpful and friendly, and there always seems to be a nice atmosphere in there. I chose the 'Click and Collect' option for one of my orders and it was processed quickly which meant I was able to collect it towards the end of the week. Collecting it at the store was a quick and easy process too when compared to other stores.
I hope the quality of their clothes will stay the same and they don't fall into the same issues as other stores.
