Very helpful staff
The staff (crew) gave very helpful service. Even spending time to make sure that the questions I asked about the garment I was purchasing were fully answered, which gave me peace of mind. I was very happy with the price too.

I love this shop
I love this shop and always buy good quality clothing here.
The location is great too especially if combined with a cup of tea
Sale items are sometimes not discounted on the same way which is a little confusing.

I had a very pleasant experience…
I had a very pleasant experience shopping with fat face. I bought two, seemingly fairly boring everyday hoodies. However, I really love them both, as they are so well made, soft fabric, more pockets & way better quality to anything I've had before in the Hoodie department. Even the fit is great... ie usually hoodies that fit well on the body have arms that are too tight to roll up, but not these! I'm also loving having zips on pockets & little touches to the design. The service in the shop was really good, however, I did have to order in xs size especially, which apparently they don't keep in stock... I never paid that much for a couple of hoodies, but I'm really glad I did. Less is definitely more !

Friendly, helpful staff.
Nice layout in the shop. Not enough Long sizes in trousers I felt, but the staff enabled me to order direct from the warehouse and pay in store. Trousers arrived a few days later. I purchased completely the wrong size trousers in store, must have had a brain seizure, so I will need to return those trousers for an exchange. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shopping experience.

Excellent service
I had to return an item purchased for a gift but needed to exchange for another item in a larger size. The male member of staff was extremely friendly & helpful & explained this could only be purchased online which he kindly organised for me. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend your Company.

My go to, favourite brand for dresses
I've loved Fat Face since it first opened and my wardrobe is still, after all these years, mostly made up of FF, especially dresses.
The quality and design generally means that I have dresses from years ago and they still look and feel great on.
Grand Central is my favourite store to go to. Amanda and Belinda are so helpful and excellent representatives of the brand.

In-store in Birmingham
Birmingham store; good layout, easy to locate what I was looking for, also spotted other related items, fab changing rooms for trying on, with roomy area for friend to sit and advise.
Tillpoint; well-located, short queues, extra till opened, pleasingly adequate counter space.
Staff members; efficient, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and jovial.
Quality garments and jewellery purchased; good fit, comfortable fabrics, look great, excellent value in the sales.
Overall retail experience was fabulous; will seek them out in the future.

Felt like a personal shopper!
Amazing experience. Belinda was lovely and made the experience a great. She went to look for any additional clothes she thought would suit my mum and provided lots of information about materials etc. The whole team were working very hard in the busy period. Very impressive customer service.

Bad customer service
After not receiving order confirmation of my order I was trying for a whole morning to chat with a customer agent and every time I was disconnected. Eventually managed to chat with an agent who was not helping a lot .
