I've found Fat Face to be great quality for clothing. I usually buy online but have a local shop to exchange if not the right fit. Pleasant staff who go over and above to ensure I am happy 😊

I went into store on a Monday morning…
I went into store on a Monday morning to return some items I had bought on the Friday evening as they were now massively discounted in the sale. The lady serving me was very rude and said this wasn’t allowed and I should have returned them within 24hrs. I told her there was nothing that said that anywhere, nor was I told that when I bought them and it was within my right to return the items. She basically then served me silently and was clearly annoyed with me. It wasn’t an unpleasant experience.
I also ordered a pair of shorts online. I received an email to say they had been despatched and would receive another email when they got to store. I still haven’t received that email over a week later. I’m assuming they are in store and I will go see at the weekend.

Regarding your Click and Collect order, we have looked into this and can confirm the store have had your order since the 6/8/24 and it is ready to collect. We sent you an e-mail on the 6th at 10:09 AM to let you know it is ready. We also sent a reminder on the 11th.
Store's can hold your order for 14 days before the order is automatically cancelled and refunded.

Great clothes and great service
I ordered items online to collect from store. They arrived promptly. When I went to collect the store staff got them swiftly, they were polite and friendly, as they always are.
Clothes are great, true to size and good quality.

Fantastic customer Service
Just wanted to thank the staff at Fat Face Bishops Stortford, Marie, Keli and Debbie. I visited the store today in passing and was greeted with a very friendly smile by Maria. There was a sale on and she was explaining to all the customers regarding sale prices. They were all very friendly and made my visit to the store very enjoyable. I felt like nothing was to much trouble and that they were very knowledgeable regarding sizing of dresses and availability. I purchased 5 dresses in store and will not hesitate to return to this store. Thank you once again for great customer service .......

Great staff
Love my local store because the staff now are so friendly,cheerful and helpful that it makes me visit more.The two younger staff(one make one female)are particularly lovely and the service is always top.

Great Clothing and Amazing Staff
I love FatFace clothing. It is so comfy, fits great, and is actually made to last. Although quite expensive, it is well worth the money.
I was in my local FatFace yesterday to get some clothing from the new Jude's collection and had amazing and friendly service from Marie and Kei. They were so helpful and lovely to chat with.

Fabulous staff & dog friendly
I went to the shop to check what I can buy for my mum. Fabulous staff & friendly & genuine smile. I end up buying blue suede bag, sunglasses, scarf & mug for my mum. A big shout of Thank you Leo & Lucy! The shop is dog friendly !!

I ordered a leather phone bag and was really disappointed to find that it didn't have the same 'bee' lining as in the advert. If it's advertised with this lining then it should have it. Wished I'd have returned it now as don't like the leather either. Mistake purchase.

A store that is beautifully set out with great displays which caught the eye and gave you inspiration. Saw this shirt before Christmas and bought it in the sale. Good fit, super comfy, casual but smart. Ideal for a evening out.
