I've found Fat Face to be great quality for clothing. I usually buy online but have a local shop to exchange if not the right fit. Pleasant staff who go over and above to ensure I am happy 😊

I had to order an XL sweatshirt in XL…
I had to order an XL sweatshirt in XL on the Internet through the fatface website. The sleeves weren't long enough, even though previous ones had been long enough in that size. Then had to order through John Lewis Fat Face 5 more hoodies and sweatshirts.
2 were ok, 3 had to be returned to Waitrose, 6 miles away. All the nice styles are on the Internet, and not in the shop. I find it too much of a palava to shop this way.

Helpful and cheerful staff. The store is always clean and well stocked. It’s a shame you can’t get your order delivered to store anymore as I used to try on in store and could exchange or reorder anything which wasn’t right

Great company. I bought on line and in my local Fat Face shop where the assistant was very nice and helpful.
Only one downer.....please stock more size 6 in your shops please.

A member of staff called lisa approached me in bishop stortford and asked if I needed any help. I explained my mother had dementia and really liked my skirt I had bought in march. Lisa helped source one that was old stock online and had it sent to my mother . I can't explain how happy she was. Thankyou again Lisa for going above and beyond Mrs foster

Very excited to have visited this store in Bishop’s Stortford! Milica was polite and very pleasant, big happy smile and vibrant personality. You had lots of bargains and a wide range of stock. I could also use my Blue Light Card. Excellent trip!

Delivered on time and easy returns process
Ordered a few bits which were delivered on time. I loved the jacket, but returned a bikini and sunglasses that didn't fit/suit. Return to store was easy and problem free.

Exceptional service in store
I recently visited the Bishops Stortford store after having seen a jacket in the sale in another store. The item was on sale and didn't have my size in store but the lady that helped me was so kind and friendly. She went out of her way to search for the item, she called the store I'd seen originally seen the item in, she ordered it for me online, she assured me I could return it. Start to finish excellent service. I think her name was Milly. I will definitely be returning.
