Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order as you use Evri who are not reliable and lost my package. So disappointed as order items were out of stock by then. If I could give zero, I would have. Please stop using Evri.
Yes, got a refund but I really wanted my items that I ordered. Hence disappointed.

Lovely dress and helpful staff
I bought the dress online but needed a different size so went to the Bluewater store. Staff member was very helpful. Checked the stock room but didn’t have my size so she credited me for the dress and she reordered it to be delivered to me. Arrived within about 4 days.

The service online was excellent
The service online was excellent. Your courier let you down. He did not ring any bell and just left the parcel on the back door step very late in the day. It was quite obvious that someone was at home. If l hadn't come out to check the garage the parcel would have been out all night. Only problem l had with your service.

Ordered the white and black in size 14 and 16. I'm more of a size 16 but the 14 fitted well so I wonder if they come up a little on the big side. Happy with my order. Returned unwanted sized to Bluewater store. Very helpful and courteous assistant who apologised for the wait. All good.

Easy to order and fast delivery. The dress material was very soft and similar to a fine cord . An easy print which isn’t fussy . The dress fitted well true to size and adaptable to how you wear it .

I always love shopping in Fat Face, not only are the products good quality, the shop is bright and airy, and the staff are always friendly and polite. They’re always ready to help and chat and go above and beyond. And…their hand sanitiser in the doorway smells lovely!!

I'm generally not the type to leave reviews but I would like to thank and recognise Anne-Marie at the Bluewater store for her help and time today. I asked her a question to check a barcode and price for me and then mentioned what I intend to do. She offered to help me personally and went onto the tills for my purchase/transactions, thus saving me £7. Thank you for my awkward request!
