Return was managed efficiently and with courtesy by the young man who dealt with it - have to say his approach was much friendlier and more welcoming than I received from a previous member of staff. Once I had purchased the preferred item, I was really pleased with the quality, colour and fit. I find FF a little variable at times, in terms of shopping experience. Please continue to employ lovely people, to match your lovely clothes! 🙂

Jeans that fit 😀
The jeans I ended up buying were great.
The website was a bit of a nightmare in that it lost my order and despite having an order number I lost out on the sale price of the jeans.

I Love Fat Face!
Have just bought 3 items from the Fat Face Christmas Sale. I love boots and two jumpers I purchased and at a great price as well! I like shopping at Fat Face as the quality of the clothes is great and sizing good for me as well. Whenever I go to a store it’s well laid out with friendly and helpful staff. Good buy - comfortable leather Chelsea boots!
I ordered leather Chelsea boots as I had already bought a pair and they are great - really comfortable to wear immediately - I have brown so I bought a black pair in the Black Friday deals online! Delivery to store was free!
