Great experience in FatFace Bromley today. The crew were fantastic and knew just what I needed. Their sizing advice was spot on! I love my new tops especially the turtle vest - it is going to be prefect for my new adventure at the turtle sanctuary. Can't wait to visit you again when I'm back in the country at Christmas. Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service today from Lawrence and colleague. Been trying to find a replacement for the perfect navy chinos I've had for 15 years and they helped me get the right ones. Never patronising, always supportive.
The trousers are a great fit and comfy too.

I find I have more & more of my wardrobe to be FatFace & the brand deserves it as they still make great quality stuff in the world where other traditional & well known brands started cutting costs that compromises the quality. Very happy with my local branch & its staff, always attentive & friendly, always busy tidying up & helping customers - my only wish would be for the shop to be bigger & have a bigger choice of clothes and other products (although they manage to fit in a pretty decent selection already)
