Positive review on fat face
The shop employees were very friendly and lovely. They helped us in many ways and we found the perfect item. I also really like the sustainable brand and the items they have. But I would definitely get more children's items for many young kids or teenagers.

Great experience at Bromley store
Ang at the Fat Face Bromley store couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped us to browse and was so personable and friendly we purchased much more than we came in for. What an asset to the company she is. We felt the range and style of items has really improved and my husband and I bought jeans, tops and jumpers. We know the quality is great too!

Amazing help from staff in store
I unfortunately needed to return the item I ordered and so took it in to the Bromley store. As it was a PayPal purchase it needed to be returned online which the member of staff did as well as package and send the item off for me. Refund was received very swiftly after. Thank you.

Great staff and great 'stuff'!
Such delightful staff in the Bromley branch, very helpful and friendly. I am really pleased with my purchases, particularly the Catrin boots which are exactly what I was looking for; laced ankle boots but not chunky ones! Added bonus, nice discount for signing up to receive FatFace emails.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience! I had some items ordered online that needed to be swapped for smaller size and I thought I would pop in the Bromley FatFace and check it out since it’s the easiest one for me to go to. What a nice surprise for me who really does not enjoy clothes shopping at all! The ladies there were wonderful especially a new lady there called Catherine. She was bringing me items and advised me on sizes, she wasn’t on my back either but kept checking if I was ok. It is well managed and ran by a happy team working harmoniously. I never fell rushed even though I spent quite a long time and it was relatively busy being Saturday.
I will definitely come back as I tried things I would not have picked online and ended up buying once I tried them. Thanks again for the great experience.🤗
