Exchange problems at Fatface
My wife bought a top didn’t keep receipt but decided she had made a mistake went to take it back with all tags still attached and was refused exchange or refund. Showed the transaction on her banking app which would have coincided with their cctv/system transactions but still refused. She rung their head office to question their policy but they said no receipt of proof of purchase then no exchange or refund. She asked what they would accept as proof of purchase other than a bank app transaction and they said a receipt……. Computer says no 😡 won’t be shopping there again

I was acknowledge immediately
I was acknowledge immediately, although there was one member of staff on a till helping a customer a young member of staff saw me join the queue and immediately came to the other till to help me. She found my order quickly and retrieved it for me. She was friendly, polite, cheerful and super efficient. I didn’t have much time so really appreciated the excellent service.
