Very late and inconvenient delivery to store
Package was promised Thursday for our planned trip to town on Friday. This was a Christmas gift for someone we were visiting.
Eventually arrived in-store Sunday morning requiring another trip to town to collect and give the gift before departing the UK that day!

Great trousers bought in the sale . Sizing was a bit off so had to return one pair and order a smaller size. Was refunded very quickly (within a couple of days).

I ordered two T-shirts online to be delivered to my local Fatface shop. Very easy to order from the website, and the T-shirts were ready for collection within 24hrs. I was notified by e-mail when they were dispatched and when ready for collection. Very good service.
