The usual great quality and value from FatFace. Shop staff were very helpful, and it's really useful to be able to assess the material, fit and quality before purchase.

Staff were (eventually) helpful, although a bit too much in-house banter upon entry! Not enough stock so forced to buy items online & go to shop to collect because of FF's delivery charges. More item... See more

Great customer service. Exchanging, ordering in, sending direct to my home.

I ordered something online which when arrived in store looked completely different. When I tried to get a refund the staff member accidentally charged me again, and though they tried to process two refunds after that point I have only received one. I’m now down £38 with nothing to show for that.

Great customer service as always in the Cambridge store but please, please bring back children’s clothes in store - we really miss it.

Initially I ordered the wrong size coat and there was no problem getting a refund on a reduced item with no delivery charge. The replacement coat I got was really good quality.

We went into the Cambridge store. The man that served us was very helpful. He looked up the item online to see if was in stock and even wrote the item number down for me. He was extremely helpful x

I saw a blouse online I liked but wasn’t sure it would suit me. I hate sending things back so it was great to find the blouse and buy it there and then. I also got some leggings which I hadn’t intended to buy but turned out cheaper than expected. Very pleased. I do prefer to visit a shop and see and feel what I am buying.

Clothes are always a good quality, even though somewhat more expensive, but they do last well. Shop assistants very helpful

I have already written a stunning review of the service. I ordered the garment through my daughter, and paid for it!! I personally am not in a position to buy your goods, too old and too poor!
Please check your records, parcel arrived on 4/10/22

Went to return a product I bought online with PayPal only to be told that it couldn't be returned to a branch as it was PayPal. I had travelled specifically into Cambridge to make the return so it was a complete waste of time. Returned via Royal Mail in the end but paperwork didn't say PayPal returns weren't viable in brach.

I rarely visit the city centre any more, today is an exception. I went into FatFace in Cambridge as I was looking for a particular item. Very friendly banter was going on between a staff member as I entered. The man sounded very happy in in job. After a while browsing the mens clothes upstairs I asked the staff member if he could find me a hoodie in a size that I couldn’t find. He was efficient and professional. More importantly was our discussion about FatFace and how long he had worked for the company. We talked about one of my Favourite shops in Burnham Deepdale, North Norfolk. It is a delight to meet someone who displays obvious pride in both his work and his employer. FatFace clothes should be easy to sell. They are consistently well made, and stylish. Other customers joined in our conversation and we also shared comments with each other about our various choices of clothing. This is what shopping should be like! No pressure, friendly helpful sales people who have the time for some light discourse. I don’t enjoy shopping anymore But on Thursday I left your shop feeling uplifted and having bought far more than I intended. The item I asked about was not in stock at the shop. It was dispatched to me at home for no extra cost and I got it yesterday. I will return to Cambridge city centre one day. I will make a bee line for the friendly faces at FatFace. Thank you 😊

As always, great clothes from FatFace. One of my favourite shops. The staff in all the shops I’ve been in are so friendly and helpful and their clothes last for years.
