I was picking up an item that I had ordered online The assistant was new and got a little bit confused but still maintained good customer service Her colleague helped her and both were very pleasant I always find the assistants in Fatface very helpful

Nice material and cut. Love the 3/4 sleeve. Good price at £35 too. Sizes still very inconsistent, bought a size 6 and I'm normally a standard size 8.

Always friendly staff
Always friendly staff, very helpful, lovely dresses. One of my favourite shops. If you cannot find your size the staff always offer to look in the back for you or will order the item for you, I like the fact that you can order items to be delivered free of charge to Next, which saves me a trip into the City Centre and can now collect locally.
