Always friendly staff
Always friendly staff, very helpful, lovely dresses. One of my favourite shops. If you cannot find your size the staff always offer to look in the back for you or will order the item for you, I like the fact that you can order items to be delivered free of charge to Next, which saves me a trip into the City Centre and can now collect locally.

Visited Chester store as I was looking for a black top for a funeral. Staff were friendly and polite, but not pushy. I purchased the Betty top in black, which worked perfectly with the skirt I wore. I also picked up a couple of other items - sandals and a knitted top - while I was there. Sale had recently started and there was a really good selection of items. I’m very happy with all my purchases - love Fatface’s style and quality and feel they cater well for different age groups.

The girls in the Chester shop are fantastic ,really helpfull and know their product well. I’ve been shopping here for years, this time I had lost a lot of weight and needed a new wardrobe (and look) I left feeling confident with my new clothes and very happy, thank you ☺️
